I had one headlight, so went to this location to purchase new lowbeam headlight. When I was purchasing the headlights the associate advised me I was getting ones that would not work on my car so sold me the right ones that would fit and then helped me install them. They fit but did not fix my issue, so I returned them with no issues. My mechanic said it's in the wiring and would cost $600 just for the service. Then I got pulled over for no headlights working. So I went back to the store hoping the headlights would work at least on one side. They sold me the headlights I tried to buy at first but was told they would not work. Bought anyways cause those are the bulbs the system said fits my car. They did not fit into the spot the first associate showed me. So I went back a third time, and I wish I knew her name, but a lady in assuming a manager told me they were the correct ones and that the first time I went in, before getting pulled over, were my high beans not low beams. So she sold me the correct ones and helped me install them. She was very kind and knowledgeable and saved me a $600+ two to my mechanic. This store employs the most knowledgeable staff and most friendly service. We, as Americans, need more places like this where they treat you like humans and go out of thier way to help. THIS AUTOZONE IS AWESOME! Thank you to heather who did everything she could to quickly and efficiently get me and my girlfriend a new battery in her car, even going as for as to let us borrow the store socket set. 10/10 thank you and much love!!!

They refuse to sell product unless you can prove to them that your car requires that certain product. I have never in my life been told by a store employee they will not sell me something I want to buy. Especially when my car is in a critical state, and they’re the only place that have it within 30 miles.

Staff is super funny and super nice. Awesome people and super helpful. Came there for my Nissan Skyline. Helped me find parts and recommended to another store! They had some parts as well and guided me completely. Recommend this store!

We needed to replace a battery for our generator, and the person working there found one that would work but knew it did not perform well in cold weather, so sent us to Pacific battery instead. They had the perfect replacement and we didn't know to go there. Honest and caring workers that are interested in helping the customer vs. just making a sale. We did buy some other needed part and highly recommend them if you need anything.
