Horrible customer service, hidden fees, and this branch wont answer their phones. Called 15x everyday for 3 days and they never picked up the phone. BECU is 1000% better in every aspect.

I never knew till today there is official racism exist in the bank. I went to this branch to transfer my own money to BOA for another person. The person in this branch her name is Heather (assistant manager) denied me the service after she looked at my account about 15-20 minutes me standing in front of her. I asked why…. She said you trying to transfer a lot of money to this account so I’m not going to do it. I said can I talk to the manager …she said I’m the manager so service denied, …in my own money transferring from BOA to BOA. the way she treated me and asking me question was very odd and offensive. She asked me which brach or BoA you transfering money to, where is it located, what state…all kind of questions with weird eye contacts. I patiently answered her all that and gave her my ID and other required stuff she asked…then finally denied me the service after she looked my account 15 to 20 minutes .what a day. Heather, I can’t believe you working in the bank as an assistant manager with that attitude for colored people. If I could rate her zero or less, I definitely would. Felt so bad, abandoned, neglected, denied in my own money. I been BOA customers for years and never had such costumer service till today. I gave her my ID and all the required stuff … plus I’m a Nurse and she can clearly see from where my money is coming… if that was a concern for her because I’m black.

To those who complain on long waits, no drive through, bad customer service, this is BY DESIGN. You can even tell with their canned responses to bad reviews, they say save time, use the ATM or mobile app. They don't want local branches. They want to force everyone to use apps and machines. The stock holders are more important than their clientele. In fact they don't even want clientele unless it is business accounts. Us little people don't give them enough money to make profits off of, so we don't deserve a place locally to bank. We don't deserve human face to face service. Why pay an American to work customer service when you can pay pennies on the dollar for call centers in 3rd world countries?

With their great online services, theres no urgent need to come in but when i did there was some of the best customers service out there! The newest manager is running things amazingly. Si necesitan ayuda en español esta una muchacha bien amable y con intenciones de ayudar!

This branch never has enough staff to help the amount of people waiting. I stood in line for over 20 minutes to cash a simple check. They had one teller working on a busy Saturday and no one coming to help him when there are 15+ people standing in line.

Everytime I go into this branch lately I tend to get this teller named Maurice.He is so condescending its nauseating.He told the guy in front of me who just wanted change for a big bill that "we only give change to Bank of America clients".I never have an issue with anyone else there... they all seem to be very professional and personable.

This is the bank Anthony Curcio robbed in 2008, using an inner tube in nearby Woods Creek to get away. And he would've gotten away with it too if it hadn't been for a meddling homeless person who witnessed his practice runs.

Walked in this morning, line was 5 deep with customers, one teller (Maurice). Finally got up to counter to ask about a debit card for my son. He was so rude, passive aggressive, made me feel stupid….I’m giving Bank of America one more shot and if they blow it, which I’m sure they will, I’ll be withdrawing my money and going elsewhere!

Not so helpful staff. I am a long term BofA customer and was looking to get my driver's license notarized. I went to this location and asked for help, the help desk assistant said okay they can help me with this. She said, they have one public notary available and he should be able to help soon. The help desk assistant went to this public notary's office and he asked us to wait for 10 mins. After about 10 mins, he came out and said he cannot do it as to do notary on a document, it is required to print county, state and expiry! That's their excuse! They can simply write those details along with a notary stamp! But these guys do not want to.
