I came here for the first time 8 days ago and got a gel pedicure. For some reason, the nail tech didn't trim my nails at all. I clipped them today as I like to have them shorter for the shoes I wear, and all of my polish popped off. I am so disappointed. I spent $65 for one week, basically! That is not worth the money. If they redo my nails for free then I will change my review, but what the heck!!?!

I enjoyed the Pedicure and the staff is friendly but i was upset they only took cash. Just so happens they have a cash machine inside the salon. Seems kinda shady when they show they take Visa or MasterCard

Favorite place to get nails done. I work with my hands, they get really battered. I come here to get my fingernails and toenails put back together again, having pain free hands very good experience. The massage chairs are excellent. Thank you team Blue Ocean 🙂

This place might not look as nice as NK Nail salon up the street. But they do a better job with cuticles, massage and aren't rude to their own customers like those other guys by safeway. Save your money. Get your nails done here at blue ocean instead.

I been going here for years, Tammy does a wonderful job on my nails and whenever I show her a design I found she does it perfectly. We have great conversations, I really enjoy coming here. It’s always clean and the employees are very friendly.

My daughters and I went and got full sets each and within 3 days all of one my daughters nails came off literally popped off one of my broke and my other daughter had 3 broke we went back and she charged me for fixings and then next day 3 more of my nails broke never going back here again sad part is it was our first time there I would not recommend to anyone it's a waste of money

I recently experienced a medical issue while getting my nails done at Blue Ocean Nail and Spa, and I cannot express how grateful I am for the care and kindness I received. Kami and her team went above and beyond, making sure I had everything I needed to feel better and ensuring I had a safe ride home once I recovered. For the past 10 years, they have treated me like family, and their compassion and dedication mean the world to me. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for not just great service, but a place where you truly feel cared for! * Nails are a week old and still getting so many compliments! *

I just left this salon, and I felt like it was the most rushed, unrelaxing experience ever. I got a full set, and later found out that the cuticle cleanings are an extra charge because cuticle cleaning is apart of the manicure service. Then my pedicure, the lady didn’t scrub my feet, clean the gunk out my nails but tried to proceed to put a gel polish over the not properly done pedicure. The gunk and the cuticle got done on my feet when I literally made her stop. 1 out of 10. Would not go again.

I came to the Monroe area for a work contract for a few months. Found Blue Ocean Nails on google and decided to give them a try. I continued to go to them for my dip manicures and gel pedicures for the duration of my time here. Each and every time I was pleasantly greeted and serviced in under 30 minutes without an appointment. Every time the quality was excellent and they always asked to make sure I was pleased. The quality and service here is exceptional. Highly recommend.
