I just knew leaving it outside with the change in temperatures would lead to a larger crack like had happened before, so I called this place to see if they could fit me in. I had only one morning available before my trip, so I showed up when they opened, and they immediately took my car back and started working on it. After only 30 mins or so, they finished, and I was able to get back to work. It looks great, and they even sent me a receipt so I can submit the claim to my insurance. I drive a BMW X5 which ste finicky on all levels. I have had prior problems with Volvoline and spilling oil in my alternator, so I warned the jiffy lube staff of my prior issue to try and prevent it in the future. I get 20 min away and check engine light comes on. I called immediately, hysterical!!! Chris calmed me down and told me to come back and reassured me that he would get it figured out and get me back on the road. And that he did!!!!! He fixed it immediately, reset all my codes.
