Used this car wash many times. Gets the job done. Sometimes there are people out to help with getting people through the line other times no one is out there. I waited 10 minutes the last time I was there because some lady didn't know how to use her phone for payment and was on the struggle bus so bad I almost got out of my car and paid for her. Free vacs are a plus. I will continue to come here. Need that mother and daughter duo back out there. That lady was running that line like a boot camp and getting people through and super friendly.

This while convenient was a waste of money for me, I ended up having to wipe all the dirt off the whole front grill and headlight area on my Mazda cx5 with their rags after I pulled over to the vacuum area because it was still completely dirty. Nice that there are damp clean rags and the vacuum provided but then after I got done vacuuming and went to close the back gate I realized the whole back upper windshield, tail light and license plate and bumper were still dirty too! Not a little dirty- like not washed at all. Perhaps the shape of my car does not fit with the machine but I won't be going back because it did a terrible job on washing my suv.

Have been getting my cars washed here since they opened. Always did a really good job on car and stock wheels. I always bought the highest price wash(19.00) and tipped the workers. But today I went in, they were not busy and usually they have two employees working, today just one. I tipped him 5.00. He sprayed the whole car down and scrubbed the back of the car only. In the past they also scrubbed the front. So when I went and parked by the vacuums I saw the front bumper and grill were still dirty. So I preceded to clean the front of the car. About this time the owner came to greet me and asked things were and I told him about the front not being scrubbed and I was surprised when he said they were told not to (if your the owner don't you make the final decision?) he offered to send my car back through again and I declined. As I finished drying my car, the owner came by again and hoped I have a nice day. ( I believe him to be sincere! I stopped him and told him that when I pay 19.00 for a car wash I expect my car to be clean. I wished him health and wealth but told him I would not be back. He replied "sorry to hear that". I finished vacuuming my car and left. I wish I had gone and gotten my 5.00 tip back. This WAS the best car wash in Monroe....now it's just the most expensive!

Good enough unless it's been a while since your last carwash. Filth under the back windows and side mirrors gets missed by their process. Free vacuum with wash makes it worth it.

Chose the “best” wash and stepped out to vacuum my car afterwards. I discovered several deep scratches on the passenger side of my car, towards the rear wheel well, along with small scuffs on the driver’s side.
I spoke with the associate in the office who was apathetic about the damage. I insisted on filling out a claims form, and she was unable to offer a timeline to get a resolution. I said I would call back every few days until resolved, to which she replied she would have no info on her end and I would simply need to wait to hear from the owner.
Do not get your car washed here.

Very quick transactions! Easily in and out during hours. We got the $40 membership with unlimited washes and it has been great. Staff is always friendly, courteous and willing to help. The express wash uses your license plate to recognize your membership so it’s fast and easy. Self vacuums and towels provided at the end to spot clean your truck the best you can. We live in Sultan so it is the closest membership program available and they do a great job! Definitely will continue using their services as long as I’m in the area.

We had our rear wiper arm (not just the blade) torn off twice at the car wash. We chalked the first time up to the wash being new and needing to be calibrated, but were really upset to have it happen again. After reading review about other damage folks have experienced, we noticed circular scratches in our chrome that could only be from the wash.
Cancelled our membership. And out another $500 in car repairs
The most disappointing part is that we called them and they never called back.

Never been through a car wash where I had to tape down my rear washer blade. Also, the car wash barely took any dirt off my car.

I had read reviews and felt confident that this was a good , and safe car wash. I purchased the "better" car wash. It only got the dust off. It left pockets of dirt in certain areas and it did not remove bugs.
It scratched my hood!
I drive a Ford Edge Titanium. I saw the warnings about the wipers and made sure they were off. Unfortunately, the car has sensors and they came on anyway. Fortunately, they were not torn off. That one is on me but I am exceedingly disappointed in the results. I made a decision to splurge. I always wash my own car. I regret following through on the temptation, ESPECIALLY with the scratch up my hood!!! Never again!!!

Love their monthly program so I can go as often as I want to. People are very nice. I only wish they still offered the towels like they had last year.

I have been impressed with Chain Lake Express Car Wash since I first visited over a year ago. I pay for the service monthly and usually run my car through at least once a week, more often with heavy pollen. Their brushes do an adequate job of cleaning my car and the staff is always welcoming and friendly. Vacuuming is self service and always has been available when I'm there. For a wash that is more for in depth than just a rinse off, but not as thorough as a detailed wash, I do recommend you give them a try!

This place is good , kinda reminds me of a Arizona car wash chain . Monthly subscription is nice and convenient no chit chat just pull on through and go.
Always tip these guys if you have cash on hand.
