Is there a basic dress code for the employees in your Monroe store? I saw personnel (cashier and warehouse) wearing sweatpants or something similar. This does not seem very professional to me, in addition to being unsafe in the loading area where machinery can be involved.

I purchased a hand gun ( held until my background check is complete) at the gun counter, I inquired if I needed to complete any classes, was told no, just a background check, but it was close to closing so come back another day. I returned a few days later to be informed I needed to complete the safety class. I told the sales clerk that I was informed previously no class was required, he repeated policy with a dead pan stare, couldn't have cared less about my previous visit. Poor customer service skills, I was the only person at the counter, so it was not busy. No accountability and he behaved as if he couldn't care less, very disappointing.

Im a local customer and im not gonna name anyone specifically but the past 2 times I’ve got my temporary fishing license Ive realized after specifically asking for a saltwater license to go into the puget sound in Everett I’ve been sold a freshwater license with a crab endorsement was just pulled over by the game warden and I had to explain why I was fishing without a saltwater license still received a ticket while being completely transparent because I trusted what was sold to me was what I asked for.

Always some issue.
Says “in stock” on the website and it isn’t.
The backroom paper wall for bulk items is too much, teach the register how to look it up, it’s not the customers job.
Go to the Snohomish Coop, less difficult and more helpful staff.

I encountered significant difficulties with my recent online order and in-store pickup experience. Upon arrival,they had me go door 2 , I had to ring the bell five times and wait 15 minutes for assistance, despite observing two employees seemingly disengaged. Furthermore, the checkout process was inefficient, as the cashier appeared preoccupied with internal staff interactions rather than customer service. This marks the second occasion I have experienced such issues at this location. Thank you.

This review is viewed soley on customer service. The cashier was quite rude at check out. Over a price difference we questioned on a product.
