I live paycheck to paycheck. So I budget ALL my money. Ever since the merger, between Columbia and Umpqua, I have been overdrawn twice. This never happened with Columbia. Umpqua does not let the full amount of MY paycheck to be used. So I'm now paying overdraft fees. I'm looking for a new bank.

The staffers at this branch are wonderful! Every time I go in I'm impressed with their kindness, professionalism and willingness to help. I've had all kinds of challenging issues and they've jumped in with ideas and suggestions and general goodwill.
