Friendly and fast service but perfection. Wonderful technicians who ask you if everything is always okay, are you happy, how can they improve your experience. They genuinely care. I love that they offer beverages free of charge and the atmosphere is clean and sanitized. Very important to me.

The setting seems pretty nice so are the staffs but a little dissatisfied with how my nails came out. I asked for almond shaped dipped nails but they were very crooked. The surface were quite bumpy and top coating did not coat all evenly. Very noticeable. They did not look like couture nails at all. This was my first time here and it would probably be my last unfortunately.

I’m in love with my new nails! The floral design and gold glitter details are stunning. The staff at Couture Nail Salon did an amazing job—very gentle, clean, and professional. Highly recommend.

I really recommend Couture Nail! The staff are so friendly and talk with me a lot—they always make me feel happy and help me forget I’m tired. I love coming here! My Spider-Man nails turned out amazing, super creative and detailed. Every time I leave, I feel relaxed and so happy with my nails. This is my favorite nail place!

I have been going to this place for many years.
While the massage chairs are older, the staff definitely makes up for it, they are very friendly and do great work.

Appreciate all of the care and service provided by the team at Couture. They treat my Mom who is in her 80’s like a queen. Everyone stops to say Hi, when time permits. The owner is very personable. Highly recommend…..

Been going for about a year and never had problems but last weekend I got a pedicure and was left with both big toes infected, swollen with green puss. It hurts to wear shoes. I went to speak with the manager on a refund. She tried to blame it on my shoes and everything else. Only offered me a gift card as much as I said I don’t want to come back to a place that left both feet infected. So I got a gift card if anyone wants one

I came in on Monday, March 17th (2 days ago) for a simple shellac manicure. The gal that did my nails never once acknowledged any of my thanks- I do try to be polite and say thank you or compliment certain things as I think it’s rude to just sit there and hand a service done. She never responded or acknowledged me at all- not the end of the world. What irritates me most is after only TWO days- not even as yesterday (the day after) more than half my nails are peeling and chipping off. I paid almost $70 plus tip and only treat myself every so often, otherwise I do them at home myself. My work at home is messier for sure but it will always last at least a full week. I felt like she was doing a lazy job and rushed through the whole thing and I should have said something but I felt awkward doing that. This is a salon I will never come back and spend my money at.

Best nail salon in Monroe! Clean, friendly staff and Rose is my favorite she makes my nails look amazing every time and takes her time with each client. Been going here for years. High recommend :)
