Horrible service!!! My friend ordered a pizza for our lunch break at work and paid for it through the phone. Then they asked if he wanted to cancel his order cause they couldn't deliver it. We decided to pick it up but when we got there they said that it was out for delivery, we were so confused but decided to go back to work. The pizza never arrived tho. Luckily our boss realized it wasn't our fault so she let us go back once again to demand our pizza and they were super rude to us. In the end we got our pizza but it was terrible, there was barely any cheese on it and was super thin. Never going back there again.

Today, my family and I visited Domino's with our two young kids, ages 4 and 6. We settled on a bench to enjoy our pizza, but a Domino's employee abruptly asked us to leave, claiming the bench was reserved for waiting customers and this isn’t a restaurant. Despite explaining that our children were in the midst of their meal and would stop if we moved, the employee insisted we depart immediately. His exact words were “ I want you to leave right away”. I couldn't contain my frustration and voiced my displeasure. I shouted at home twice to wait for kids to finish eating. It's unbelievable that we were treated so disrespectfully, especially when there were no other customers waiting for food inside except one whose order couldn't even be found. This kind of rude behavior ensures we won't be returning to this Domino's in Monroe ever again.

Absolutely outrageous!!! took 2 hrs to get to my house and when the driver finally did he threatened to rip all his pubic hair out and sprinkle it on my pizza for not giving a tip! i called the store and they asked if i got my pizza unpubed…? they told me to just be happy the driver didn’t actually do it!!! im completely astonished and will never be returning these people need to be put in jail or an asylum.

Can you please go back to putting labels on the boxes for delivery? We've received the wrong order twice now. Some of us can't eat just anything you decide to leave at our door.

Repeatedly, there have been multiple errors with my food, but this time they are declining to remake or refund the order which was canceled while being grossly unprofessional the manager we spoke to was named Jeremy, and he was grossly disrespectful and unprofessional via the phone. I will no longer be doing business with Domino’s as well as contacting the Better Business Bureau. The date for order was 02/10/2024 interaction with the unprofessional manager was 02/11/2024

Slow, expect 1 1/2 hr + delivery times, 3rd time so far. Staffing issues should not be a customer issue.

I don’t usually have any problems with this location. Normally the app and tracker work great. Tonight I had a less than awesome experience. I ordered through the app a GF Hawaiian and a pepperoni and onion on hand tossed. Half of our family are gluten intolerant. When I got home my kids helped themselves before me. Thankfully they’re not the GF half. I noticed the toppings had been switched. So I called the store and sat on hold long enough to drive back to show them it was wrong. They confirmed that they made it wrong and the manager told me they couldn’t fix it because some was already eaten, but did I want to order another one?! What?! All I wanted was the GF one that I ordered in the first place. No offer to correct the mistake…not even an apology. Had I not noticed we could have gotten very sick. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

Just ordered a pizza and wings both are wrong I ordered a chicken and olive pizza with garlic sauce and they gave me a nasty disgusting onion pizza loaded with giant onions and a little bit of chicken I’m so so pissed and then I ordered some Buffalo boneless wings and got I honestly have no idea it seems like a breaded chicken without the chicken and just fired bread covered in pepper what the hell is going on with this place whoever made my stuff really needs to be fired the order was for Cindy and it’s was just made so if you can figure out who screwed up I’d appreciate knowing. Worst service ever.

I usually do curbside but decided to try delivery. That was a mistake.The order seemed to arrive quickly, but when we answered the door, there was no one there. Tried calling was on hold for 20 minutes, and I never did get to talk to anyone. I decided to go to the store, that's when I found my order setting on the hood of my car, they were supposed to hand it to me. By this time, the order was cold from sitting on the hood of my car after dark in the cold. Went to the store with my order, and I explained the issue. They asked if I would like a fresh one made and we kept the other. I did have to wait another 20 minutes for the remake. Then drive back home. I think I'll stick to curbside.
