I ordered several company shirts and was quote a price of a little over $300. My earlier dealings should have been a red flag. The order took a few months to come in and when they did the price went to over $500. They blamed it on a 20% up charge had been added. I refused the order. Jeff Dwyer (owner) felt it necessary to blast me on fb. Even went so far as to post information about my property for everyone to see. Said I was lying about the upcharge. My son, trying to keep the peace paid the $300. Guess what? None of our sweatshirts were in the box of shirts. Thus proving that I was correct! Be warned these people are not good to work with!

I had a great experience with Embroidery for the Soul. I requested printing my own art design on few adults t-shirts. They were able to provide the final products within the promised timeline and with a great and affordable price too. Also the quality of the t-shirts they were great! They generously also gifted me couple of printed t-shirts :) Elizabeth is very friendly & professional. I Will definitely consider Embroidery for the Soul for any future projects. :)

I have taken two quilts to Embroidery for the Soul located in Monroe, WA a long arm machine quilter professional. The first quilt was completed successfully on time. The second is as described as below; minimally sewn with hard stiff threads puckering and pulling in the corners, the center of the quilt was not even attempted to be stitched, quilting stitches overlapped in some areas with different colored threads, fabric cut in areas to remove stitches not sewn correctly and returned with holes needed to be sewn by hand by me so as not to be enlarged when washed. When I called the owner she said she was to busy to correct the mistakes. I am gravely disappointed. This quilt was to be a Christmas present for my son and daughter-in-law.

I have been looking for someone to replace the cover on my kitchen nook cushions for 2 yrs or more & couldn't find anyone. I saw Embroidery for the soul & took a chance of asking them if they would do such job. Elizabeth took it upon herself to let me know how much material I would be needing & will be glad to do so. I dropped off the cushions plus the material & within less than a week they were done. Not only that they did an excellent job but price wise it was very affordable. I highly recommend them to everyone & will be using them again for all my custom sewing needs. Elizabeth & Jeff are the nicest couple I have ever met. They know their business well & charge very minimal. A++++

I found this business through my son. I was in need of embroidery for several shirts, coats, and patches. Although it was a long way from my house (45 miles), it was worth it in the long run.

I went in today to check out their new place and met the owner Elizabeth and the lady that does the embroidery, Barbara.
