The desk attendant was extremely helpful to get everything taken care of so I could be on my way. I shaved a star off because the place is apparently appointment only which I’ve never heard of and could have made the experience painful if the attendant didn’t work to help me past that.

After a minor fender bender involving a senile old man, I was sent to the collision repair shop right next door to Enterprise. From start to finish, the process of renting a car with Enterprise was quick, easy and frustration-free! The car they rented to me was AMAZING, and I am now considering purchasing a car from their auto sales team in Seattle! Thank you Enterprise! One of the few remaining businesses where customer service is prioritized!

Super friendly. Nick (Monroe office) was super at pickup and dropoff. He went out of his way to help us get the size we needed for kids/grandkids visit. At pickup vehicle was SUPER CLEAN (not just sprayed and wiped down, half-@.. like other rental places). I appreciated him taking the time to make sure I knew all the bells and whistles. At drop-off, he asked about our visit, how was the vehicle's performance, and remembered our name and situation, etc. That really made me feel good. Like good Ol' fashion customer service. We are big fans!!

Great cars, even better associates at the Redmond, WA office. State Farm set me up with a rental for a month while my car was being worked. The Nissan Altima was a "full size" offering, but it was still a great ride. They were good about telling me when the insurance coverage would lapse and even agree to honor the State Farm rate ($28/day) if I paid for it too.

Professional and easy to work with. Car was clean and came with Lysol wipes. Nice touch. Shuttle service rocks. Major reason I do business with them.

Kind of hard to find. Wish signage was in a better location. Staff is usually outside walking around working or helping, they have good assistance on where to go. 3 companies share the lot. Friendly staff that care about their business.

Gave away a reserved car and made multiple people wait while one guy slowly cleaned cars. Terrible, get a car somewhere else.

The associate seemed to be extremely overwhelmed and I've been here for two hours and still haven't received a car to rent. If you have a whole day to waste and love being told "just 5 more minutes" repeatedly then this is the place for you. I asked the associate if there is anything we can do to go a bit quicker because I have work and he said to come back another day even though I have an appointment. This type of customer service is extremely frustrating.

The car was not cleaned on the inside and, one back tire had 80lbs of pressure the front tire had 20lbs of pressure. I could barely see out the front windshield because of film on the inside window.

Enterprise in Renton is the best. I had a very specific request and not only did they meet my needs but they provided me with a nearly new vehicle. These guys are really professional and take the extra steps to ensure you get service that is beyond expectations.

RENTER BEWARE!! I returned a rental car after they had closed and used the key drop. The car was broken into that night and the shift knob was stolen. I know, why would someone do that?! Anyway, the staff made it crystal clear they do not care, they have no desire to investigate, they are simply billing me for the replacement and threatening to send me to collections. I will be going out of my way to avoid Enterprise at all costs in the future and recommend if you use them to be on your guard and remain vigilant.
