If you want someone to talk down to you and treat you with attitude work with Sarah. They dont know what they are doing. Received a phone call telling me my prescription was ready went to pick up and was told they didnt have anything for me! With a sneering disgusting air of superiority Sarah's absolutely useless keep her in the back.

Horrible costumer service at the pharmacy. Very rude personal. They will out misinformation then pretend they never did. They will hang up on you while on hold without notification. Some People should be fired

I have had zero issues using this pharmacy. I have been using them for my mother’s prescriptions for years. I wish they had a drive thru, but that is just a luxury. My mom’s meds are always ready to pick up on time. If I have a new prescription, I call ahead so I don’t have a wait. If I have any questions the pharmacist is always happy to answer them. I give them 5 ***** for great service. I have tried other pharmacies before I started with Fred Meyer, and it was always problem, after problem. I was thankful this one was a keeper!!

This pharmacy has been nothing bad lies bad service and problems. They constantly are giving me bad different requirements for my prescription refills. They have told me the notes that my doctors has called in are invalid, and have told me that they have an agreement with my doctors office that never happened. They also can’t seen to keep my insurance straight. Never had an issue until about a year ago and now they are making me pay for every other prescription out off pocket. Take all of your prescriptions and go to either rite aid or Safeway. They are not worth your time, money or consideration for your business. I am moving my business somewhere else.

Terrible customer service, I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Take your health & safety elsewhere. Not to mention they would rather chat with each other & make jokes than help people waiting

Visiting another state when my rx was ready and needed. It was no problem (once I gave up on the phone to do anything but run me around in circles) for them to take care of me.

Dont come to the monroe store if you are handicaped and need an electric cart. Out of 4 carts none worked even tho charged. The nice clerk found one out in the parking lot that worked. This is not good. Wont be back. Walmart is just up the street.

Harold tried to refuse me service based on my request - getting Covid tests with my insurance. He told me to come back on another day when they aren't as busy. Absolutely insane, why are other people in line more important than me? My request was a service you support.The reason you gained a star back was because of Bradley helping me out after I went back through the whole line again. He took my information and got me my tests no worries. Big thanks to him.

Was in and out quickly. I think the person had interaction with was the pharmacist. Very friendly helped me get my insurance added all went smoothly.

Earlier today my husband picked up our child’s Medication and had some questions. During the conversation my husband asked will this medication potentially make our child sick. The gentleman responded with “ I don’t know, I don’t take it “. He was completely rude and unprofessional for someone who handles council questions. If you’re going to respond to customers like that then you shouldn’t be in this line of work!
