Visiting another state when my rx was ready and needed. It was no problem (once I gave up on the phone to do anything but run me around in circles) for them to take care of me.

Dont come to the monroe store if you are handicaped and need an electric cart. Out of 4 carts none worked even tho charged. The nice clerk found one out in the parking lot that worked. This is not good. Wont be back. Walmart is just up the street.

Always friendly and professional. Good staffing level for the volume of business they do at this location.

The pharmacy staff is always friendly and cheerful! I actually don't mind picking up medications from that location.

Harold tried to refuse me service based on my request - getting Covid tests with my insurance. He told me to come back on another day when they aren't as busy. Absolutely insane, why are other people in line more important than me? My request was a service you support. The reason you gained a star back was because of Bradley helping me out after I went back through the whole line again. He took my information and got me my tests no worries. Big thanks to him.

Earlier today my husband picked up our child’s Medication and had some questions. During the conversation my husband asked will this medication potentially make our child sick. The gentleman responded with “ I don’t know, I don’t take it “. He was completely rude and unprofessional for someone who handles council questions. If you’re going to respond to customers like that then you shouldn’t be in this line of work!

Fred Meyer used to be great and have a great hot food counter. For the past couple years i avoid the place because it's terrible. Service is terrible. Food availability is non-existent. Want jojos at 2pm on a Saturday? GLWT! I stopped in last Saturday, same deal. It was noon. Nothing but a small pile of chicken strips. I asked if i could get some fried potatoes (jojos) and they said "well this is all that's out right now". HOW ABOUT DO YOUR JOB AND DUCKING FRY SOME UP? WHAT, YOU DON'T LIKE MONEY? (I wanted to say this, but instead just left). Tried again today at 1pm. The pickings were VERY sparse at the "chicken" hot food counter. What a joke. Why is it FM in Everett and Snohomish have GREAT hot food selections, and this store consistently just sucks the butt? Management at this store must be a joke. They need to sack the whole management team and start over. (Hire from within, perhaps). I won't be spending my money here. The competition in this town has far superior customer service and selection. The grocery section is just like any other store. There's nothing that stands out to make me want to come here anymore. At all.

Squished bread due to heavy jars on top, egg carton crumpled and eggs fell out due to bagger squishing bag to squish it into the cart, threw items into the bags.. cant even get out if the store before groceries are destroyed. We live 16 miles away so I called customer svc to let them know the condition our groceries were in. He kept talking the whole time, so I asked if he was listening. He said no, just a minute and finished another conversation he was having AFTER he told me to go ahead. Then he offered a refund on eggs. Not what I wanted...I wanted them to train or warn the bagger so all of you readers don't waste your money or time at Freddys in Monroe. Since neither the bagger or customer service deserve a paycheck and its affecting my hard earned money, we will shop at Haggens or Sprouts. I recommend all of you avoid this store too!

Pretty good Fred Meyer, nice beer selection. I hate the "rewards card" nonsense though. Just give the discount to everyone and be done with it! Put customer convenience ahead of your data analysis.

I gave them a few months hiatus because of the lack of masks. Today I decided to try again. The deli woman was cutting my meat with a handkerchief that was clipped just below her nose to her hairnet hanging loosely while she was breathing all over the food. Really! I am not coming back.

I went on Monday, December 27th to get a few groceries. Lots of empty shelves, given with the holiday and weather made sense. Went to checkout and there wasn't one open check stand out of 10-12....ONLY self check-out. If you're going to only have self check-out, designate lines. This world is already full of angry people, but then to have to be yelled at because I'm not standing in the right place to check-out my groceries. Do better Fred Meyers....I'm not typically a fan of Walmart but at least they still have checkers.

It's sad for me to write this. We have been coming to this store since it opened, and for the longest time it has been our main go to store for groceries and other needs. However the lack of any kind of mask use enforcement is just unacceptable, it's been bad for a while and keeps going down hill. On out last visit about 1/2 the customers were not wearing masks. This is public health we are talking about not a long line at the check out, something far more important than that. It seems strange to me that back at the beginning of the pandemic FM could have someone at the door handing out masks and making sure everyone coming in is wearing one, but now no more. There aren't even paper masks at the entrances anymore. Here is the real clincher. I was recently in Walmart, and guess what people were wearing their masks in there. When I'm shopping stores over in Redmond, it is unusual to see someone in a store without a mask. Earlier I was in Bellevue, and guess what, that's right people were wearing their masks in the stores. People wear their masks in the local feed store in Monroe, but in Fred Meyer 50%. So that's it, I want to be in environments, and especially when shopping for food that takes public health seriously. As sad as it makes me to say this, but I'll take the line over at Walmart any day over a bunch of maskless people of unknown status breathing on me and my loved ones as we try to shop. No more, I'm done. FM this is your store why don't you want to protect your customers during a pandemic?

Love the senior day but I shop here a LOT less and SPEND EVEN LESS money Why cause where's the masks. Signs say must wear a mask but not here.
