Fresh floor carpet and the team is amazing! I worked with Vicki who always kept me updated and in the loop on my order status, timelines and the overall process. The team is was super fast to come out, take measurements of my area and provided me different quotes at different times. They were patient with me around my timing and request. The carpets were super high quality, and Vicki did all of the administrative tasks of ensuring that my warranty got registered.Francisco who installed my carpets, came on time, was super diligent and thorough during the installation process. He worked through the whole day with almost no breaks at all and no damage to my baseboards! It’s incredible. Highly recommend him as the installer.Ultimately I got the best company at a super affordable price! I am very pleased with my new carpets!

These guys are fantastic. Great communication and the quality of work is second to none. They went out of their way to be flexible and work on a tight timeline that we had. This was our first time getting a project like this done and I feel like we were very well taken care of. If you are looking for quality work, this is the place.

Fresh Start Floor Coverings did a great job replacing all of the carpets in our house. They were efficient during the install, kept things clean and offered a wide selection to choose from- I love the new carpet! Such a dramatic and beautiful update to our home- highly recommend.

Amazing. Our floor is beautiful, and we could not be happier. Vicki and company are the best. Our guy Jeff was on time every day, he was very tidy and just a very pleasant person to work with. We are looking forward to our next project with them. #1 in our book and so please we decide to go with them after several bids.

We recently bought a house and I called fresh start flooring after just finding them on a Google search and asked if they could replace some carpet for us quickly. Not only did they come out to get us a quote fast but they replaced the carpet right away. The guy they sent to do the work was incredible! He was fast and did a fantastic job. The carpet is beautiful and so soft! We absolutely love it! Definitely will be using this company again! They are a family owned business, kind, professional and very good at communicating. We are just so happy with our experience and results! Thank you!

Vicki and her team were so great about helping us get our house carpeted. We had been shopping around for carpet installers and really wanted to support a local business. So glad we did, as Vicki was the most responsive of all the contenders. She ordered us additional carpet samples because the ones we wanted weren’t in store. Our installer was so great and super considerate of the fact that my husband and I were both working from home, letting us know exactly when to expect loud noises. It was an extra step that was truly appreciated. A fantastic business, all around. Our carpet is absolutely beautiful. Thank you team!

We just had our flooring installed in April and it is now June and they look amazing. They were able to do the whole house which is 1700 ft² In laminate plankings and carpet in under 3 days. It turned out so beautiful and the 1 issue that we found they were able to bring people back in within 24 hours to fix it. I wish they did baseboards but they were very good about removing the baseboards and not breaking them and being able to put them back on. Vicky was extremely patient with me and answered all of my emails and calls with almost immediate response. Great sales woman.

fantastic customer service - impeccable installation. i had a couple of minor issues come up after installation - 18 months later. they were right there, responsive and the issues are fixed. cannot recommend this flooring company enough. absolutely outstanding and owner vicki allen went out of her way to have the issues addressed quickly and easily. thank you to her!

We just got all new carpet in our living room and hallway and we couldn’t be happier! Very good experience from start to finish with this local business! They came out and measured and brought samples to our home. They were excellent communicators and kept me updated every step of the way and then the contractors who came and installed did an excellent job and were very friendly as well.
