Couple of visits here in the recent past. It's an Ok place. Service is not real fast. They takes a lot of time especially if you order at the shop. Never tried app orders. Once I had to wait for around 15 mins to get my sub. not particularly impressed about the service. Food is still okish. Once the sub was very greasy - no idea why! This place is always neat and clean; got a nice vibe.

This location does not know what mikes way means, mostly oil and herbs very little red wine vinegar.It is supposed to be soaked with oil and redwine vinegar dripping everywhere that is mikes wayIf i wanted a couple pieces of meat between 2 buns i'd call your sista

Consistently (more often than not) don't complete orders correctly. Of my most recent app based orders, 8 out of 10 had an error. Check your takeout bag before leaving the store. It feels like staff are hired based on their ability to fog a mirror - no other skills needed.....

We absolutely love Jersey Mike’s and this is our local store so it makes me sad to leave this review. My husband was prior an assistant manager at another location and knows the rules and regulations they are supposed to be following so maybe we are more critical due to that but this location has a total disregard for food safety and customer service. The person working the register was going from handling the register and money to holding food without changing gloves or washing hands. The person at the slicer didn’t clean the slicer in between roast beef and other meats and it is in their regulations to do so because of the amount of juices that come out of the roast beef.The atmosphere here could have been sliced with a knife. I don’t know if they were having a bad day between co workers but none of them were communicating with each other and it was incredibly at a snails pace. We tried making conversation with the people there and as far as we got was finding out one had been there 2 years. Just not a fun experience overall.We would love to see this place flourish and some of the things we noticed for areas of improvement would be communication amongst coworkers and communication with customers. Chit chatting is great! Food safety is a must! Not trying to be mean but no one wants to get sick! Things my husband noticed that he would loved to see improved is the flowering of the meats instead of just throwing it on the sandwich flat and dead ?. And the amount of vinegar and oil going on the sandwich as he noticed in order to get the normal amount he had to have the person triple what they were doing.Yesterday 6/12/23 I went back and the team there was amazing! They followed all food safe procedures, the team worked well together. It was great chatting with them and they made our sandwiches perfect. I’ve changed my review to reflect this ❤️

Was so looking forward the the Philly steak sandwich that my husband had raved about. Made a special trip to Monroe to have one. Unfortunately the guy cooking might have not been experienced since not a drop of moisture left to the meat. I bought one for my husband and I both. I asked him “this is what you liked?” He said not at all the same as before. Don’t think I will be back.

It's better to walk in than buy on mobile. They service you faster. Mobile, you have to wait double the amount of time. If not triple. So use mobile if you aren't going to be there quick.

Ordered a sandwich that was incorrect called in got attitude from the employee. Went back to the store asked for the managers name employee refused to provide. Employee needs coaching on customer service will find out if this is a reflection of the manager or just the employee tomorrow

I absolutely love a good Jersey Mike sandwich, but this location has gone down hill. The employees lack respect and the amount of times you have to repeat what you want is ridiculous. Watched 2 customers get mad tonight as the employees just didn't care what they were asking for and were not polite at all.

Best experience ever! Brevan, Eddie, Dayton, Evelin, and Daniel were brilliant hard workers and very friendly with me. Will definitely come back very often!

Been going to JM for 14 yrs. and telling everyone they will never go to Subway or Quiznos again. Never been so disappointed as I was at the Monroe JM. Might as well gone to Subway. The meat was two layers thick. Worse is it's the only one in Monroe. Don't go there. A complete rip-off!!!
