My battery also needed to be replaced, and was included in the original quote and not tacked on as extra. The shop is cozy, the staff is friendly, and it’s on the end of Duvall’s adorable main drag.”

“I brought my daughter and niece in for permanent jewelry (with an appointment), but I've been to their Bothell location a couple of time prior (before they shut down). It was such a fun experience getting the jewelry on. She had cute options and since we couldn't decide we got multiples and half and half bracelets. My daughter got an anklet which was adorable. I wish I'd gotten one but it was still cold out and I wasn't in shorts to show it off yet LOL. I also got soap and a soap bag. I've got their candles before and they smell really good. She has cute clothes and other handmade jewelry and she now has beautiful hats that she burns designs on and I've been wanting one for a while now. Definitely visit her, she's at a lot of markets now. Follow on IG for updates and whereabouts!”

“My rings (wedding band and ring) wouldn't come off and it's beyond the point where Windex and lotions would be of any help. Fred's across the street said they don't cut rings off finger due to fear of liability issues and to either go to the local hospital or fire department but the drawback is they can possibly ruin your ring and could cost an arm or a leg if you go to the ER. My online research and advice from a friend is to try an independent jeweler. Wyatt's was closed on Monday but we were so grateful when I called Tuesday morning, Dean immediately said yes cheerfully. What's nice is they didn't charge a dime. Naturally, we are having them resize after my finger heal up in 3-4 weeks. This is a nerve wracking experience and owner Jim did such a great job removing the ring without ruining it. They have special tools (hand held device with a circular blade) to do the job right without the risk of harming your finger or create a painful experience. They took the time to be cautious to preserve your ring and finger. The whole crew there was so friendly and kind they basically saved my poor finger I let it go for too long. I also appreciate their being super professional. Will definitely have them resize my ring and take my future business there. Very caring and this family business has been around since I was a kid. They are the experts! So glad Wyatt's is in Monroe!”
