TPS on tires went out after 15k miles, TPS has always lasted from every other company I have bought from in last 10 years, never been an issue. One by one they failed on these tires. Also got an oil change (overpriced) and the oil filter was found to be leaking and faulty several weeks later, had to pay for another oil change at another location after only 500 miles. Two strikes for two totally different services, not going back.

Very helpful people! They fixed my headlights and explained everything in very clear and understandable terms. Very professional team that is also very personable. Great to work with, and now my headlights work so incredibly well! Very grateful to them especially in these dark Washington months!

On 9/27/25 I called Goodyear Monroe the service desk guy was very unprofessional and grumpy but he ended up making me an appointment for an alignment for the same day at 2:00 pm they closed at 4:00 pm he said that would give them plenty of time as long as there weren’t any bad parts.Coming from Gold Bar (over an hour) I got there right at 2:00 pm. When I walked in and told him I was there for my 2 o’clock appointment he said oh we had a guy come in for brakes so we won’t have time for your alignment today. I was obviously upset over this and he said well that happens sometimes. It will not happen to me again, nor would I ever suggest them to anyone ever. The front desk guy should be fired for treating anyone like that.

My truck left pulling to the left and steering wheel to the right and it drove straight before it went there bad service no Communication how does a business send a car out not driving straight down the road after they did alignment without telling the customer about it. Bad business!!!

Will never allow my vehicle to go back to this place. Went in for an alignment and it drove perfectly fine before and now my truck is all messed up, they said it needed repairs ( but failed to say anything until after I wanted them to fix what they messed up) and proceeded to tell me they pretty much jimmy rigged my tire rods. Talk about dangerous and let me drive away with it. Horrible place!!!

Their alignment machine is broken. The machine said they got my hellcat aligned to .10 degree toe or 1/16th toe in. In the real world I received HALF INCH OF TOE OUT on each side. The reality is that either they are crooks rigging the machine to sell people more tires.. or the machine is incorrect and in dire need of a calibration. When I told them it was not even close they scoffed. Refused any discussion when I told them I measured myself. Offered only one solution. To refund me if I took it to another shop and got another machine to show specs are off. If you get an alignment here you will be needing to replace tires 5x sooner. Here’s the result from the shops alignment:

Bottom line, if you need any kind of repair, take your vehicle to Johnson & Son Goodyear. First place I took my vehicle said I needed a new transmission because my mounting bolts broke off. That was over $11,000. They fixed the bolts and got my car running for less than $1500. The first place also told me my battery was dead and wouldn’t hold a charge. When Johnson & Son checked it, they had found the polarity of the battery was reversed , the only way I know that could happen is if they placed the cables to the wrong terminal(positive negative and negative positive ). They not only got my battery replaced with the local auto parts store for Free, but they got me upgraded to the top-of-the-line battery at no charge to me. Everybody I dealt with at Johnson & Sons was helpful, cared about me and my financial situation. They also saved me about $200 in towing charges by walking down to the first company that I took the vehicle to and physically pushed it to their shop. I cannot think of anybody that would do something like that nowadays. They had helped me before by doing a major repair on my other vehicle, which was a great value. Do not hesitate to take your vehicle to Johnson & Son‘s Goodyear. And the people that worked on my vehicle were always understanding and empathetic, no matter how many times I called them or came in to their shoptalk to them. They always answered all of my questions and we’re incredibly patient to me. Again, I wish I had more space to talk about all the things they have done for me and my vehicle.

This review is about 5 months late. But had them do my brakes and also fix issue with 4 wheel drive. they fixed the brakes. and I paid for them fixing the brakes. and they kept saying we can fix your 4 wheel drive. well they couldn't and caused 5k in damages. had to take to dealership to fix. They quit answering my calls or emails asking for some compensation. don't go. if I could give 0 stars that's what it would be

I recently had my tires replaced at this shop, and the next day, I found one of them flat. Using soapy water I found it was leaking from the valve stem, I returned to the shop, only to be met with rudeness from the front desk staff. Instead of addressing the issue, they insisted I would have to pay for them to check the tire.
Everywhere else I've replaced tires, a new valve stem is always included. However, at this shop, they claim they only replace the valve stem if the customer specifically requests it. This is completely unacceptable, especially when I've already paid over $40 per tire. It's outrageous that they wouldn't replace the valve stem as part of the standard service.
I would never return to this place, and I certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Do not use this company for anything. I witnessed on July 23rd a group of women horse owners. Using 3 trucks and horse trailers to haul their horses. 1 truck was disabled with a blown out tire. This was right in front of the Goodyear shop. The Goodyear store would not assist these ladies. They said it was a safety concern for their employees. Yet these ladies have a truck and trailer disabled, partially blocking the road, with horses in the trailer. They were stuck there for an hour before I noticed them broke down. As I was helping them, Les Schwab was able to free up a tech to help get the tire changed. It has to be a kick in the pants, knowing you wouldn't go out of your way to help someone. As all these vehicles drove by and your competitor is changing a tire right in front of your store. You could have addressed this situation in so many other ways. I highly suggest no one use this place. Back Country Horsemen of Snohomish Co and Skagit Co, I suggest maybe using a more horse friendly company. Goodyear, do a better job at helping potential customers before someone gets hurt. Maybe losses of revenue will enlighten you. I won't be doing any business with you, nor will any of my family.
Edit: To the owner/person who replied: Sorry, your bs story doesn't track. Both women told me they offered to buy 4 new tires from your store, but your employees refused to work on the truck where it sat. To make the situation worse for you. None of your employees even bothered to look at the spare under the bed of the truck. Had they done so, they would have noticed the spare was the exact same tire that was on the truck. I did look, and that's why I dropped the spare. And that is what the Les Schwab technician put on the ladies truck. You need to do better, you had the ability to make that situation so much better, but failed.
