I have been a customer of KeyBank 420 years and I've had my account at this branch for about that long. I can say the last year the service at this branch has gone downhill markedly. I'm not happy with this branch anymore.

We have been Key Bank customers for decades and can’t speak highly enough of Cathy and her team. They are always there to answer questions and give guidance, and always with a smile. Top notch service and customer care. Highly recommend.

Horrible customer service. Refer to Snohomish for customer service. Plans are not beneficial for customer. Keybank will misrepresent figures online, to dictate NSF Fees. Other banks do not. Keybank pends in house transactions. Other banks do not. Only reason I currently bank with keybank on one of my accounts is due to the Snohomish branch. Christine at the Snohomish branch has been absolutely amazing. Do not trust the Monroe branch. Their team is absolutely worthless! Not one experience I’ve had with that branch has been beneficial.

SO BAD do not bank with these people they will only hold your head underwater they are not there to help you and the physical people working there are more then not helpful the USA banking system is rigged against you even if you have a full time job you will not make enough to satisfy these blood suckers

Do yourself a favor and go the extra couple miles to the Snohomish branch and be treated with a little dignity and respect. The Snohomish branch actually cares enough about your business to show up on Saturday's to help with your banking needs.

Opened a new account and waited twice the time they stated it would take for a debit card to arrive. When I did call they said they have no record of a card even being ordered. Samuel talked a good game but when I put 7k in a new account and you give me no way to get it out that not good. Then finding out your customer service is in the Philippines is Oh heck no!

What a nightmare ! Not one good thing to say about this bank . Staff has no clue . They put 7 day holds on checks you deposit by other well named banks and mortgage companies with no reason why . Then everyone keeps passing you around to some else with no answers

One star is too generous. I was mailed a promo card from Key Bank, $400 bonus to open a new account. I read the fine print and it explained it would require a direct deposit. I thought, "It's a hassle to open a new account and change payroll deposit, but I'll do it for $400." I tried to open the account online but there were glitches, not recognizing the promo code. On 3/22/19 I made an appointment with Brittany at the Monroe branch. Her computer was having issues so it took over an hour to set up a new checking account. She explained I needed to deposit at least $500 for the opening deposit. That amount seemed high so I asked about requirement for direct deposit. She said "No, just a ONE-TIME deposit of $500 is required, no direct deposit needed." I made my deposit and was told the $400 bonus (promo) should be deposited into my new account within 2-3 weeks. I waited and waited. Finally on 5/14/19, nearly two months into the account I called the 800 number for Key Bank to check status of the promo deposit. Cassandra explained I was supposed to set up direct deposit and now it's too late as the promo is expired. She called Brittany who claimed she told me about the direct deposit requirement. I was fuming at being lied to and now the promo is expired. I told Cassandra I want to close the account and get what's left of my $500 deposit back. Cassandra explained I would be subject to early termination fee of $25 unless I wait the 6 month requirement. Yet if I wait the rest of the 6 months I lose $7/month in fees = $42. Lesson learned: NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH KEY BANK. What a SCAM.
