Can I request Dena (spelling?) every time I have to come in to have blood drawn? I have a deep hatred for needles. She was so nice, professional and actually made the experience pleasant! Thank you, Dena!

Overall, the people at Monroe LabCorp are wonderful. Very warm and welcoming attitudes. I wish I knew more of their names to credit each of them, but I can only recall Deena because she was my phlebotomist today and was so exceptionally sweet and complimentary. The lab attitude does shift some and become more assertive on their busier/stressful days, but I imagine that’s necessary as they’re facing a public regularly irritated with/by healthcare. (Be soft with them so they know you come in peace!) My experience with their (usually) high workload has taught me four things: 1. Schedule your appointment, 2. If you can’t schedule, come as early as possible, 3. Don’t leave the main waiting area as you might miss being called, 4. ALWAYS have your prescriber send you every lab order, print it, and bring it, as for whatever reasons, the lab orders often don’t make it from prescriber through LabCorp’s system. These tips will save you a lot of headache, and the last one will prevent you fasting for a whole morning only to miss your draw opportunity!

Dina was AMAZING! SUPER friendly and energetic. I love chatting and she explains she's upfront that the band may be tight but she has had few second sticks or digging around. Will hopefully see her every time I go!

I had a good experience at the Monroe Labcorp. It doesn’t say Labcorp on the outside of the building, but the security guard pointed me in the right direction and once inside it was easy to find. I had made an appointment and had no wait time. It did look like there were a lot of walk ins, I would recommend making an appointment if you don’t want to wait. Sue did my blood draw and she was so nice and friendly, and did a great job drawing my blood, got it on the first try and it was painless.

This is the best Labcorp in the Seattle area. After having gone to Northgate, I vowed never to go there again. I had to drive all the way to Monroe from Seattle but it was well worth it. I made an appointment and I was leaving the facility within 10 minutes of my appointment time!! Holly did my blood draw and was excellent!!! Would definitely come here again. Wish all the Labcorp locations were as good as this one!!

Truly amazing how often they can mess up in the past 2 weeks I’ll be back 4 times for the same test they keep messing up. Very frustrating it’s holding my care back overall would give negative stars but I’m understanding new staff and there will be mess ups but I’m truly disappointed in labcorp. As the lab you control if I get my results you have to know the proper procedures for testing and for labeling processes I’m praying that I can get my results stat when I redo this test for the 5th time.

I had a very good experience at this location. It was a Saturday morning so there was a long line, but the staff seemed well organized and people went through quickly. Aislinn, the lab tech, was very calm, gentle and personable.

The Monroe labcorp is the very best one I’ve been to and I’ve been at a lot they are fast efficient and friendly! I recommend going there if you need 🩸 or any other type of testing that they offer

Not sure if you can request specific nurses, but if you can, definitely ask for Cecilia! I am absolutely petrified of blood draws… I mean terrified to the point of passing out every time. I was incredibly nervous to go in today but luckily Cecilia was my nurse and she was incredible! She walked me through all the details, was so kind and friendly, made sure I was comfortable, and we talked while the blood was flowing. Although I had to get 13 vials taken, this was the most successful draw I’ve ever done - didn’t even get close to going into shock and she was giving me positive affirmations the whole time. I may sound like a big baby but it truly is a big deal and I’m so grateful for getting a wonderful nurse.

Unprofessional in the worst way. Normally I have a good experience at LabCorp in Monroe,however today was unreal. Long story short the management should have a talk with Megan on customer service. I've never been treated so poorly at LabCorp. Really uncalled for and unprofessional. Here's a tip..if your working with the public you need to not take your bad day out on the customer.
