No expressly negative experiences. Staff is very helpful when you can find them. Like most establishments lately they seem to be understaffed which is difficult for a non-fix-it person like me who doesn't know where to find anything. The app has been the most helpful for finding items. They did cut a dowel for me and I greatly appreciated the extra effort.

Did an online order. Tomorrow is day three waiting. My suggestion. Dont order online. They have reduced staff and get cranky when you want something. I totally understand. But the company needs to help out the employees.
Update to one star. Cancelled my order without notification. I will never use online ordering at this store again.
This place continues to degrade. Now they place online orders over in store customers. Went to purchase an item and was stopped at the register by the manager Dennis to be told I'm not allowed to purchase an item since it was being held for an online order. If it was held why did I have it in my cart? Maybe you need to pull your order before calling through customer for pick up.

Just wanted to let the management at Lowes in Monroe, WA know how pleased I was with the customer service I received from Bethany, who works for John Zanos. She had a great attitude, was eager to help me out, was friendly and polite, and knew her department products very well. She impressed me as someone who will go far in life. Bethany's customer service made me more likely to shop at Lowe's in the future. Thank you.
