“I get labs drawn somewhat regularly and the past two times I’ve visited LabCorp @ Monroe Providence, I had the best experience.

In what could otherwise be a mundane or even stressful environment, the staff are so kind, personable, and also hilarious. The world desperately needs more joy and playfulness.

Even one of the brand new hires fit right in with a team that provided excellent patient care with warmth, laughter, and humanity.

Having previously worked in an administrative role in the medical field, my favorite aspect of that position was having the opportunity to brighten someone’s day by transcending the “transactional” and nurturing genuine human connection. It was really just so delightful to be on the receiving end of such efforts.

I wanted to write this review to acknowledge the truly lovely staff and what a wonderful environment they’ve created just by sharing their authentic selves; and to remind anyone reading to enjoy a little silliness today, as a treat 😊”

“Aj was incredible! I’ve always had to be pricked at least twice for them to get into my vein and it’s always so painful and stressful. I came into this appointment extremely nervous, expecting the same thing as always, but Aj got my vein without me feeling a single thing! Not even a pinch! And she got it on the first try ? Thank you Aj!! ?? Also the place was very clean, she was ready for me right after I checked in and I appreciated that she had me double check the vials were labeled correctly. I will definitely be coming here from now on.”
