“I called no less than 20 places trying to find someone to come out and take a look at my lift chair recliner to see if it could be fixed and could find no one. I was resigned to having to purchase a new chair. There were more calls to my doctor, my insurance, etc. and I finally ended up speaking with Sue at Pharm A Save, advising I was looking for new lift chair since I couldn't find anyone to look at my broken one. She immediately offered to send someone out. Today Ben came and within 5 minutes had my chair working once again! Sue could have simply sold me a new chair but instead offered to help. Ben was knowledgeable and here when he said he'd be. After a week and a half of frustration, I am so grateful for their service.”
