Excellent customer service. The person who booked my appointment was very helpful & kind. They fixed my front bumper, looks amazing. Fixed a few other dings, no charge! I have other repairs needed, I will definitely call them again!!

We brought in our brand new 2025 truck with a dimple from a rock hit. Being brand new, I was worried. The customer service was terrific and the turn around time for me to pick up my vehicle was much quicker than expected. The team was communicative and explained everything.

Amazing service. From the estimate, to getting my car in and out the shop in less than a week. Car looks spectacular. Kevin and team were amazing. Obviously never want any sort of accident with a vehicle, but that being said I will be sure to use them in the future if necessary.

My son had a ford fusion worked on after he was rear ended. I have used Caliber Collision in the past and was very disappointed in the service and communication. These guys were top notch and the work on the vehicle was fantastic. There were a couple of delays for parts, which I understand being in the service industry. However, they let us know about them and kept us updated. Although, I am not hoping for any more body damage on our cars (lol), we would definitely use them again if we do!

Kevin and his team at Crash Champions are top notch!!! I recently had some repair work done and I wasn't 100% happy with the results, as soon as they heard this they had me bring the car back and right away and made it all right the final product is amazing and my car looks good as new!!

The staff at Crash Champions, Monroe, is not only friendly and helpful, but they are extremely knowledgeable. They kept me informed on the progress of my repair and did an excellent job. They went above and beyond and even brought my car to me at my home when it was finished. This kind of customer service is rare in this day and age. Thank you Kevin, Eric, and all the staff. I highly recommend Crash Champions in Monroe.
