This company lacks communication skills. I ordered 2 very simple science. Time was a sensitive matter and I was told by Dave that theyd be done in a couple of days. I waited 5 days and hadn't heard a word so I sent an email asking for an update. Over the next 2 weeks there were phone calls, emails, And messages from my end checking the status of my order with little to no response. I was told 2 more times that it would be a couple of days still. A couple of days turned into 2 and a 1/2 weeks. I believe a company should be straightforward with their customers because no one appreciates being lied to. A few of the details were overlooked, not once but twice and I just accepted the mistakes because I was out of time to order elsewhere. I was also told that the signs would be $35 apiece. I ended up paying $106 rather than $70. I was charged an extra $30 for artwork **which I provided my own artwork and design**. I feel like I was led on, lied to and scammed. Next time I need signage, banners, stickers, business cards, etc, I will order from Sticker Mule or Vista Print. They are far more reliable, credible, punctual and straightforward.

My small vintage motorcycle club hosted an International Rally. Monroe Digital Copy staff worked with me to get my design for our trophy plaques produced onto their brushed aluminum stock. Our trophies were the talk of the Rally last year -- and also the talk of this years' Rally, in Michigan. Thanks for making me look good!
