Be careful with this company. We asked them if they take our insurance which they said they do. However, they did not tell us our provider was out of network. Ended up paying $131 for two well child checks. Called and let them know them know what happened and said there was nothing they could do. Bottom line make sure you check for provider and don't expect this company to help or work with you!

I had a 9:40 am appointment to get the second bivalent booster. I arrived at 9:30 am, so I would be there on time. The pharmacy was not busy and about 7 employees were killing time drinking iced lattes, walking around with their hands in their pockets, and staring off into the distance. by 10 am, I told the person at the counter that I couldn’t wait longer, since I needed to get back to my job. Finally, a pharmacy rep came out and told me I didn’t qualify for the vaccine since I wasn’t in the high risk group and not 65 years old yet - 2 years until. 65. I explained that I had heart disease and had cancer last year and it had been 7.5 months since my last booster and was in the high risk group. They said that the form I completed didn’t state that. I told them that the form DID state that I had cancer and I put a large circle around that statement so it would stand out… they just never bothered reading the form. She made me wait 5 more minutes, brought out the vaccine, and jabbed me really hard in the arm with it. This person was unprofessional, untrained, and rude. I’ll never get another vaccine there.

When I first walked in, the man checking me in was rude and didn't even ask for my ID then I went to get looked at & told them what I believe is the issue then they told me no on an ultrasound with no explanation as to why then touched my stomach for 2 seconds and prescribed me birth control when I specifically said no to it. Wouldn't recommend this place & definitely won't be going back. They were nice but absolutely no help to the situation.

This is more of a review about a doctor. I have to post this so everyone can make informed choices on who they see for medical care. We've been patients of Hillary Starr since 2012. She was a good doctor and we put our trust in her. That changed when my mom who is also a patient of Hillary Starr went to Starr for help. In May 2020 mom woke up with a severe pain in her knee. So she emailed Starr and she said it was gout. She did not run any tests or x-rays or anything to check to make sure she was right. After several conversations with Starr and a night in the hospital, Starr still said it was gout and anxiety so she raised a couple of my mom's medications to deadly levels as we were told this at the hospital. So, after suffering in severe pain for several weeks we took my mom in to see an orthopedic doctor. He inserted a needle into her knee and pulled out a bunch of fluid. He said this was a severe life threatening infection and that very same day we took mom to the hospital for an emergency surgery. After the surgery and some time spent in recovery, mom came home but her knee wasn't getting better. Dr. Starr said it was still gout and to walk on it to help make the pain go away. What a mistake this was. All this walking caused my mom's knee to break and so the infection went into the break causing an even worse infection. We had to rush mom back to the hospital for a second surgery. This surgery was more invasive. This surgery also caused my mom to loose the ability to walk because a bone moved out of place due to the infection being so severe. So, as of writing this in May 2021, my mom still can't walk because of Starr's negligence. I agree with the people who say that Hillary doesn't care about the older patients. For some reason she see's them as a waste of time. Oh, in March of this year, Hillary dumped my mom as a patient because she got tired of dealing with my mom. Anyone 50 and over should stay away. Oh I almost forgot to mention, during all of this Hillary Starr tried to kill my mom 3 times. When you go to choose a doctor, please be careful, your life could be on the line.

I know that it absolutely depends on who you get when it comes to walk in clinics and the nurses/doctors. However, I had the most amazing experience with the staff this morning at the walk in clinic. They were so kind and caring, they got my results as quick as they could, and were just downright funny nice people. In a crazy time like this it is so rewarding to be around good people.

The husband and I were looking for a new family practice office and decided to give this Providence a try. We were able to make an appointment online through their easy to use scheduling software. The hospital is a new building with modern design and very clean. The layout was easy to follow and I found the family practice department easily. I didn't have to sit in the waiting room very long before a medical assistant came to get me and reviewed me concerns and medical history. The physician came in shortly after and reviewed everything and completed the brief exam. He was very nice and had a good bedside manner. He didn't have all the answers I needed so he gave me a couple of referrals to specialists in the area. While the visit didn't take care of my issues, I was happy they were able to get me to the right people that could. Overall it was a nice hospital with good friendly professionals caring for their patients.

Awesome facility and staff, mostly. Dr. Bahk is human trash and should have his licence revoked. He was aware that i suffer from panic attacks and ptsd and shamed me for my past and raised his voice at me. I left in tears. Horrible conversational skills.

Went to a walk in clinic ask a doctor for a malaria tabs. for my trip to Indonesia.... a medical assistant didn't know what malaria is :) On the top of that the assistant was chewing loudly a gum while typing something in the computer. Not professional at all. Felt weird sitting there and watching all that.

Dr. Ellen Kim has been my doctor for a while now and I've always been seen for the same problem. I've been dealing with some issues lately and she's been accusing me of lying and denying me care and told me to find a different doctor. I was so distraught and overwhelmed by her attitude and she did not care. I've never been treated this way by a physician! The fact that I would always have anxiety before seeing her is beyond me. I cannot believe I stayed with her for that long! Completely unprofessional!

If you want to be treated like a meaningless lump of meat to be processed by robots then this is your kind of place. Otherwise you would be better off somewhere else. This place is everything bad about modern medicine.

Every single time I have gone to Providence Monroe I have been treated exceptionally well. The facility is nice and clean, the pharmacy staff is among the most helpful and kindest I've ever met, and the Walk-in staff is amazing. I receive unrushed, informative, rapid care at this location. The PAs and Doctors are always incredibly helpful, they take the time to really figure out what's wrong and get you help. They never treat you like an inconvenience or try to rush you out. I would highly recommend this place when you're feeling bad (avoid at all costs Evergreen Hospital nearby).

Be careful filling prescriptions here, they shorted me one prescription (by 35 pills), when called about it they could only tell me their count was right so they couldn't fill the rest.
