While I have come here for years and do love the staff, there is NO MENTION on any sign that the pharmacy drive thru closes at 1:15pm for their lunch. Seems like an essential detail needs to be addressed on their signs posted all over the place.

Their phones only work intermittently, making it extremely difficult to deal with special order medications or problems. The app is terrible too. Hard to navigate, confusing and often inaccurate. Now they are unable to predictably fill ongoing prescriptions. Today the pharmacist told me that they are not getting the medications they order, and there's no explanation or estimate on when it will be filled. They said they're simply not receiving narcotics, ADHD meds and other items that they order, and flat out told me that if the medication was important they suggested I find another pharmacy - at least for this month. Given that there have been issues nearly every month since we had to switch from Pharm-A-Save I will be switching *ALL* of our family's prescriptions ASAP. The drive thru was a great feature, but it isn't enough.

The slowest drive thru ever and extremely rude, inconsiderate employees to boot. My favorite is when you show up in the drive thru at the time of opening only to not have any pharmacy employees for almost half hour and when someone finally answered the phone they didn’t know where their employees were. Classy.

Get to sit in the Rx line for 20 min only to get up there and be told it's lunch time, come back later. Yeah, guess I'll be getting that in a few days when I come back through. Hope I didn't need it.
Please hire enough employees to cover working hours, thanks. Edit: The situation is pretty clear just by reading the review, no?

The service from the lady at the pharmacy was very good, friendly and quick when it came to delivering the medication I went to pick up.

0/10 would not recommend! 2 days and they can't fill a basic script. They close from 1pm - 2 pm instead of alternating lunch breaks. The employees obviously hate their job typical giant corporation! Go anywhere else. Too bad Pharm and save was shut down by one of these corporations.

If you think “I’ll switch to rite aid because the drive through pharmacy will be convenient” don’t.. unless you want to drive through multiple times a week just to be told your prescription isn’t ready, your medication isn’t available or we are still working on it …try back in 20 minutes..
This is probably the most mismanaged pharmacy I have ever used. They are consistently out of stock on multiple medications. Or when they are low stock they just won’t fill your prescription.. unless you ask for a partial, then they will pretend they will do it and then don’t. Then they act like you’re an inconvenience to them when you actually come back in 20 minutes to pick it up.
Save yourself the struggle and go somewhere els

Pharmacy drive up is very slow, one needs to draw a circle around staff to detect any movement, switching to another pharmacy next month was really sad to see pharm-a-save close up .

There pharmacy nevers covers medication, they use excuse of it's over the counter insurance won't cover it and screw that they full of it because I went to another pharmacy and got all my prescriptions filled. So stop playing games with people's lives or shut down your pharmacy and get new careers because your going to kill someone but denying them meds for real, your the worse pharmacy ever.

Tried to go through the drive thru to pick up prescriptions only to find a sheet of cardboard, no signage, and several people working inside the pharmacy. If I wanted to go inside to pick up I'd have done that. Can someone please explain to me why there's no drive thru service all of a sudden?

My family has used this pharmacy for years and up until a couple of years ago everything was fine. But now they don't answer their phones as I'm trying to track down my prescription, they told me on the phone that they're "behind by about 600 prescriptions", and entirely unhelpful. Every time I go there's a long line in the drive through, no matter what time of day. It's ridiculous.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to, by far. They repeatedly make mistakes and then ghost you, your doctor, and the insurance company. Double check all receipts.

I disagree with the poor reviews I have read. The main pharmacist spent 25 minutes with me on the phone when I know she is swamped this evening but the time on the phone was necessary. You are not the only patient Rite Aid in Monroe is serving.

I left Rite Aid and went to Pharm-a-Save years ago because my prescriptions weren't filled when Rite Aid said they would be. Now they have bought out Pharm-a-Save. I tried to transfer my prescriptions to Walgreens but they can't do that because they say they do not have the "original" prescriptions. Not good customer service, not good business practices
