My family has used this pharmacy for years and up until a couple of years ago everything was fine. But now they don't answer their phones as I'm trying to track down my prescription, they told me on the phone that they're "behind by about 600 prescriptions", and entirely unhelpful. Every time I go there's a long line in the drive through, no matter what time of day. It's ridiculous.

Employees here are miserable.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to, by far. They repeatedly make mistakes and then ghost you, your doctor, and the insurance company. Double check all receipts.

I disagree with the poor reviews I have read. The main pharmacist spent 25 minutes with me on the phone when I know she is swamped this evening but the time on the phone was necessary. You are not the only patient Rite Aid in Monroe is serving.

I left Rite Aid and went to Pharm-a-Save years ago because my prescriptions weren't filled when Rite Aid said they would be. Now they have bought out Pharm-a-Save. I tried to transfer my prescriptions to Walgreens but they can't do that because they say they do not have the "original" prescriptions. Not good customer service, not good business practices

Your employees need some extra training so as not to be so rude and indifferent, because you have to help sick people. I have never seen such arrogance anywhere as in your pharmacy. And not only that, there are constant problems with issuing medications

I had 2 prescriptions sent in from my doctor at 5 PM on Friday, so I knew they wouldn't be available for pick up until Saturday morning. I went there at 10:00 AM, no line at all, still waited 10 minutes, only to be told the Rx was not ready yet. I'm on a tight budget and with gas nearly $4 a gallon, running back and forth for this kind of thing is just not good. No wonder Rite Aid is going bankrupt. Customer service sucks!

This store is very clean. The shelves are well stocked very organized lighting is done very well. Employees are very friendly and helpful and kind. This is a very nice Rite Aid. Unlike some other locations I have visited recently. I would read it at 10 on a scale of 1 to 10.

I came at 8:50pm when the store closed at 9pm. The man inside ignored me and continued his tasks to close. This is also a horrid store because when I cam in earlier in the evening the checker was frustrated and told me she was the only checker all day. The worst Rite Aid I've ever been to. Do not shop here. The management needs to improve staffing and quality of staff.

Didn't have any electrical tape like I was told by the cashier, but they had bomb popsicles... Really good. And pretty cheap.

The pharmacist is so curt and unhelpful. I had RX to pick up after an ER visit and one of them is a pain narcotic (which I do not want) I asked if there is an OTC instead. He says take Advil (which is a complete no-no with my condition according to all papers received and Drs orders). I tell him and he just shrugs like "what do you want from me?" - what I expect sir is expertise and service. When I ask is there a coated Tylenol instead - he bold face lies and says no. Take what you have. Jerk of the highest order who is ok with telling patients to take something that will do more harm than good. He spent less than 30 seconds with me and just turned around and left. Rude. Short tempered. Arrogant. Dangerous!

Stopped at Rite Aid to get a couple things for my wife. 2 employees working this morning and it was early so I think I might have been the only customer. The employees were both diligently stocking shelves. I needed help finding what I was sent to get and one gal told me exactly where to find it. Checking out the gal that helped me was very personal, big smile, definitely having a good day. We chatted a bit and I think I was in and out of the store in about 5 minutes.

So they're closed on Saturdays and Sundays AND for lunch M-F. Basically all of the times the average working person could make it to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription. Why not stagger the off days so that the pharmacy is open Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday? Tried taking extra time on my lunch break to make it over there and was there 10 minutes before the time they say they close for lunch, but they were already closed. Will definitely be having my prescriptions sent elsewhere in the future. There is a massive disconnect when it comes to understanding customer needs.

Long waits, rude irritated staff, and to top it off theyve made the COVID hours permanent, so good luck trying to pick up a prescription on the weekend if you work during the week.
