There were 6 of us, all friendly people in cheerful moods. The waitress however was not in a good mood and it was obvious. They brought things out staggered by quite a bit of time so some of us were finished with our meals before others even got theirs. One of our orders was a simple mistake, they gave my sister in law fresh spring rolls when she clearly said fried spring rolls twice, and the waitress repeated back fried to ensure she got it right. We all tried to tell the guy dropping them off that she ordered fried but he ignored us and swiftly went to the back and because my brother didn’t want to make scene he just let it go.Worst of all we were all disappointed with our food. ? it wasn’t good. It was just barely okay. We all left behind mostly full plates. Disappointing experience, and I had to apologize to my family several times as it was my idea to try that place.

I have ate at Vietnamese places in many places all over USA and other countries.... So has my dining partner. Why not use the HANGING SOFT LIGHTS for uh, AMBIANCE....She and I both agreed, NEED SUNGLASSES FOR 1980s LIGHTING in Public Schools, then be prepared for, 'WE are in Monroe, WOW, there is PHO'.WE were, basically let down. Some of the $5.99 each Instant Pho on Amazon have more flavor than this places broth. We believe, equally ONLY REASON 5 Stars, BECAUSE IT IS OFF HIGHWAY 2 and people coming over mountains or done ski or hike for day, WANT SOUP. Otherwise, save you HIGH DOLLAR expensive PHO budget for a place which has much more flavor. This place SKIMPS on the sides for adding to soup also, we got one plate for two of use, and both of us, felt hungry after dining there... this place was clean, and bathroom too. Too bad the Pho is BLAND, and they charge a PREMIUM for flavorless soup. I will not ever again go here... and PHO places are usually my GoTo places to find and try. Never again here. And the staff were not even polite, or even friendly. Wow. Get with it.Parking: Strip mall massive former Albersons Parking.Kid-friendliness: It's a strip mall with horrible ambiance and you will need SUN GLASSESWheelchair accessibility: Strip mall sidewalk.

What a surprise! We never expect a good Vietnamese restaurant in Monroe. We stopped by on our way from Seattle to Stevens Pass Ski resort. All the dishes what we ordered were very delicious. The grilled pork bánh mì didn’t disappoint with the right seasoning, the not too thick, soft-yet-crunchy-outside baguette. The special phở is quite authentic, I like the broth and all the meat varieties.Oh and the place is quite clean.

Came in here and ordered the P2. Pho with brisket, flank and tendon. Thought the pho broth was decent but the broth flavor had too much star anise flavor going on. I could nit get much of a beef flavor. For pho in Seattle area I give it a 3.5/5. My friend ordered the spring rolls which were decent but the peanut sauce was a but lacking. Overall a decent pho spot.

Just picked up two chicken pho and fresh rolls for lunch. Rolls were split open and tasted stale. One couldn't even be eaten it was so fallen apart.Even worse the pho broth was lukewarm at best, like just from the place and your broth is cold? If I have to microwave supposedly fresh soup what's the point? The chicken itself is suspect just giant big slices like it came off a deli slicer.$40 of a wasted lunch.

One of the best places to stop and eat in town, The special banh mi is really good. If you go on a Wednesday or Thursday the beef stew is out of this world. Overall a great place to stop and eat or take to go

This is a great Pho restaurant in Monroe that is serving up good food and a variety of dishes beyond the soups. The service is friendly, the atmosphere is simple but fresh and a good place for a quick and excellent meal.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic Vietnamese restaurant, and I'm thrilled to say that it exceeded all expectations. The authenticity of the cuisine was evident in every bite, with the Pho standing out as a true masterpiece. The broth was rich and nuanced, and the noodles were cooked to perfection. If you're a fan of Vietnamese food or looking to explore new culinary delights, this place is a definite must-try.

Would have gotten 5 stars had they added the fortune cookies and candies to the to go order. When spending almost $100 I expect not to have pack my own things. The food is very good and fresh though.

The food is good! We love the bahn mi's. And the pho. I also love the fried tofu! My only thing is the portions for the grill options. We got the shaking beef and sweet and sour chicken and the actual meat portion is significantly less than what you would normally get for the same price. Still good! But the amount of rice for the meat you yet is like a 3:1 ratio. Overall good food and I will always go back for the pho and bahn mi sandwiches

While the Special Pho was good we got fried rice which tasted burnt. Also there were flies landing on our food while we ate and when I asked for water the guy pointed at the water cooker behind him. I will not go back.
