I've waited to share my review and honestly at this point I don't think things will improve so it is what it is. I cannot in good conscience recommend this location to anyone for a multitude of reasons. When I first entered the store I was met with an enthusiastic older gentleman who was very helpful and whom I noticed has, unfortunately, never been on a shift when I've visited since. I asked a bunch of questions and was given plenty of answers. I came back a few days, maybe a week later (early Aug) and bought paint & dropped off a commercial sprayer for repair (they go through Eastside Pump Repair - also bad). I was told I could get it fixed and returned most likely in a week, two at most. So two weeks go by and I give them a call - my sprayer still hadn't been sent out yet. At this point it's end of August and I've essentially missed my window to paint the exterior of my house, negating my need to have the sprayer fixed in short order. Being lazy and the sprayer already in the hands of Sherwin Williams, I told them to go ahead and send it in anyway. I figured if it was 200 bucks or less it was worth it to have a professional fix it instead of figuring it out myself. I get a call from the shop about halfway through October asking me to approve ~$500 in parts and labor, to which I said I needed to think about it. I wanted to see how much parts would be if I sourced them myself - if it was similar I was planning on buying the parts through them to ensure I got the right ones. This week I received a call stating that my sprayer was ready for pickup - they went ahead with the repair without my authorization. So I paid just under $500 to get my sprayer back, which coincidentally is about what they go for on eBay. I'm furious, I feel unimportant and milked for cash, and my house still isn't painted. Next time I'll just go to Lowe's, where I may pay more but I'll have less issues and they'll be more motivated to try and make things right when issues arise. It's the same paint anyway...

Friendly folks who helped me confirm a paint color from a patch of drywall and mixed a gallon of paint for me. Just like your local coffee shop barista can remember your coffee order, these guys remember customers by their Sherwin Williams paint color... I'm gonna be "Agreeable Gray" though apparently it's very common and unremarkable.... Yay me! ?

Worst experience had twice in a week. Workers spoke in an demeaning way which left me feeling stupid. For a very simple issue with paint sheen they were extremely argumentative. Won’t be returning to this store ever again.

Sales Reps were very helpful and friendly; and even though the product I needed was out of stock; they worked with me to find a solution. They went the extra mile...........and this can be hard to find in customer service these days. I highly recommend the Monroe, WA store for your painting needs!
