They worked my truck in when I wasn't happy with how it was driving, even though they were busy. Work done perfectly and on time, price very reasonable. I’ve been looking for a shop as the stealership has gotten way to expensive and I don’t trust anybody to work on my pickup. These guys know there stuff, did a great job, will visit again.

I had a FASS lift pump installed on my Duramax. Headed out for a trip and unfortunately when i arrived in Las Vegas my truck started leaking Diesel.Had the truck towed to a Diesel shop in Las Vegas and it was fuel line that should have been capped when the FASS was installed.I explained what happened to Mark he was very understanding and he graciously covered the cost of the repair and the rental car.That is a great example going over and above helping out a customer and i will continue to take my Duramax to Specialized Diesel.

I'm sure they are good at what they do, but I had electrical issues. It took them over a month of having my truck to tell me they were not going to fix my truck. They told me to go to the dealership because of a recall, and that would fix it hopefully. It wasn't the recall. If you have electrical issues, just tell the person you don't want to do that type of work. Over a month and little communication from them about the truck. I would have just gone elsewhere.

I am amazed at the level of care and concern these people have for their customers! Just an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! They fit me in even though they were very busy and got me back on the road quickly. I am so impressed and I would never take my Cummins anywhere else! Customer for life!

This is the best shop around! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional and the technicians are very transparent with diagnostics and repairs. They go out of there way to ensure the best services at reasonable pricing and do not oversell. I’d strongly suggest doing business here for all levels of trucks from stock or fleet vehicle to performance builds.

Mark is amazing, He is very is on point with diesels. He is Fair, business owner. I have an older F250 and is practical with approach of repairs. He won't surprise you with $$ . . I was visiting Monroe when my truck started making a terrible sound. This was the only place that could fit me in on a Thursday and I needed to haul horses back home on Sunday. Not only did they diagnose the problem almost immediately but the repair was quick and unbelievably cheap. They were extremely busy but helped me out anyway. Specialized is honest, good at what they do and extremely reasonable in pricing. I would definitely strongly recommend their services to anyone.Service: Exhaust

I've been a returning customer for just over 5 years now. Its hard to find the level of professionalism and expertise any where else. It doesn't matter if its regular maintenance or major repairs, Mark and his team at Specialized Diesel & Conversions have always provided me with an excellent level of service. They let me drop my truck off early one time (work schedules can be crazy), and on another occasion Mark gave me a ride. It saved my wife a trip. At the time I drove an 05' F350 6.0, but now I bring him my 15' F350. He handles himself with so much composure when dealing with high maintenance and know-it-all customers like myself. Great businesses like this, and good people can be hard to come by. Thank you Mark and your team for your incredible work.
