I went here when doprdash delivered my order to.the wrong address.The lettuce was crisp and chilled, fresh. They were very attentive, great service!

Online ordering is very convenient so it sucks when they turn it off and I can’t scan my points when I come in.Other than that great customer service, and I highly prefer this location in Monroe !

Haven’t been to a Subway since the kids were little. I was shocked today when I got a foot long sub and for one sub it was $18.59 with tax and tip. It wasn’t even a good sub. I can’t knock the service because the guy helping me was friendly. Just won’t be going back there again.

Highly inappropriate and extremely loud music playing, I watched a young family walk in and immediately turn around. When I said something the manager basically blew it off and advanced a few songs, still filled with profanity.Will not be returning.

Was just there ordered a 6 inch she grabbed one that was already cut and decided it looked like 7 inches and cut an inch of the bread just to throw it away. I was shocked like why?!

ordered a 12" ham and cheese melt on the app. Receipt attached to the bag showed exactly what I ordered. Received a 6" meatball, lays chips and a cookie. New ownership is really making a mark.

Poor customer service, rude person at the counter! All i wanted was sandwiches and ordered a Door Dash pickup and the guy behind the counter acted like i was a major inconvenience for him to make my sandwiches! He said he couldn’t prep any of my sandwiches but then made them all. Ummm, ok! He told me that he only has one rotisserie chicken left and he needed to save it for the week so he was wanting to cancel my order and send me to another Subway. (It’s not my fault that you only have one chicken left, what happened to first come, first serve). He told me he doesn’t have any pickles but he had some in the little container. I let him know i was going to contact his manager tomorrow and he said, “You tell me that after i make your sandwiches.” He told me he has our conversation on video. Then, a lady came in when i was leaving and he told her they were closed (they don’t close until 9, it was 7). I was in my car and he yells out the door, “Mam, maybe you should answer your phone!” Nope, don’t have a missed call and neither does my hubby! Never going there again!! Wow!

Normally I’ve had a pretty fair experience with this location but today was just absolutely disappointing. To begin the two young men working spent most of the time taking to each other rather than engaging with their 2 customers, this also included a conversation about how they can never actually take breaks which is separately concerning. Secondly in the mix of their conversation I was giving my order which wasn’t fully heard. I got back to work to find the vegetables half frozen and no dressing which I requested. I feel bad because I know it’s not these guys fault but rather a lack of supervisory training. Whoever the owner/manager is should be more responsible.

I walked in and was the only person there with 3 people working. I stood there for 5 minutes while they just completely ignored me. 2 kids came in and asked for free cups and which they gave them immediately. I finally just walked out without them saying a word.
