They both have the best personalities and made us feel like we were valued customers from the first phone call to our multiple visits to storage. They know our names and our unit numbers (we have 3) and made an effort to say hello to us and our dogs while we are on site. Very pleased with the experience and friendly faces during a difficult time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”

“My wife and i purchased a new washer and dryer and decided not to wait the two day delivery time and would do it ourselves. The dryer went fine, sorta. She couldn't do the washer, period. About 30 minutes before they were to close, I showed up looking to purchase lifting straps, which they didn't have in stock so I asked to rent an appliance truck. The girl there kinda smiles and says, "Ah, sure. Give me a second, I've never rented just a appliance truck". Rain was coming and I know the look of desperation was on my face, but the UHaul the system wouldn't let her. She asks, "Can you have it back in the morning?". Definitely, I said. She gave me the truck to use. I'm currently waiting for them to open so I can return it. Amazing people who actually kinda help to somewhat restore my faith in humanity!”
