I had to return to this store because I discovered that one of the Amazon returns I had dropped off had not been scanned into the system. I was concerned that my item was lost in the system, but Kyra went out of her way, patiently digging through the returns to find the missing item so I could get a refund. Her efforts saved me $140 today. Thank you!

Went here needing a handful of prints for work. I am newer to doing our printing and had some complicated requests that another store could not help me with. Hannah here was amazing and was able to get me exactly what I needed. All the prints look fantastic and it was much quicker and easier than expected.

Everyone is easy to work with, kind, and efficient. Always feel comfortable and confident my returns and package questions will be answered and solved, and with other standout services like notary, lockboxes, and printing, I always feel like anything I need I can get there. I ended up spending over an hour in the store waiting for the staff to figure out how to put $200(10k in value) worth of shipping insurance on something. Even after all that they asked for proof of value which I provided which seemed to confuse them more. They had to call the manager/owner and then the corporate office because of the $200 of insurance. All I wanted was for them to be accountable and make sure the package arrived. At the end of the day I am using a different service. All it says to me is they want commodity value items with low to no accountability on their part.. bummer
