Changing to 3 stars only because my current mail lady is absolutely incredible, even after the insane situation that happened yesterday. Give her a raise, she deserves it.

Surprised to see so many bad reviews. From my past experiences with other USPS, this one in Monroe has been my favorite. Every time I go in (late afternoons), there isn’t a crazy long line and the staff are nice and helpful. Even the one time I went in for passport application, the lady who helped me was very nice and efficient.

Tossed package. Plate was BVK7867. White van, US MAIL side window. There are some excellent workers, Tammy doing deliveries and mail is phenomenal A+, she deserves more than 5 stars. Front desk main lady, don't even bother, -5 stars; treat you worse than a dog and get short with you for any questions you have. She also tries to avoid answering things and tells you a manager will reach out to you when ask to speak to one. No accountability in there. Packages will claim not delivered due to gate or other random obviously not applicable reason. Go to pick it up at the post office and they say its not in there it must be on the vehicle. Meaning they refused to deliver when it was on thier vehicle which makes no sense. Read the reviews, common practice with USPS in Monroe.

This post office is very unhelpful. Additionally, Amazon delivers to my door any day, while usps has NEVER delivered a package to my door but always says “no secure location available.” I always need to come to the post office to pick it up during business hours when I should be at work.

“Delivery Attempt” for LIVE mealworms… think this through guys. They will die. You did not attempt delivery because you refuse to come to our house with packages. Would rather get the claim filed I guess.

It’s hard enough getting an appointment for passport acceptance, but this post office made the experience even worse. They had horrible customer service, rude agents, and they were not knowledgeable about passport application rules. They need to train agents to be able to actually do their job properly. The older asian woman (didn’t catch her name in all the rudeness) is highly incapable and would avoid her at all costs. She wouldn’t accept a passport application that had all the required documents and notarizations. I called the USA travel government agent later, and they stated that she SHOULD have accepted it. Now I will go elsewhere.

There are multiple occasions that our package wasn’t delivered to the right apartment and it’s such a hassle to even get any information about it. You literally have to drive there and talk to them in person too because they don’t have a number and the number they give you they never answer. Some of them have terrible customer service.

This USPS location is operated by a bunch of clowns. Stay away to save on valuable time. Had visited this location to apply for the passport. Poorly managed center. Clowns running this place have no clue what needs to be done. They have problems understanding english.

I was supposed to get a package today but now I have to wait until Monday because there was an error that said they could not get access to the location. There are no gates and it's a really easy place to deliver and I have never had any problems. There is no reason why they couldn't deliver it today. Do better.

I ended up making an appointment at this location. I waited two weeks for the appointment, drove 40 minutes one way from home on time to the appointment (after taking time off from work) and was told by the staff that both the parents need to be present for a reissue of the child passport. Nowhere in the passport application, it says that both parents needs to be present. What a waste of time. Pick a different location until they clarify instructions and educate staff.
