We went for the passport application 2 times. The lady was not kind, not helpful and rude. She tried not to help us. She doesn’t know that she is living in US. She cannot behave any person like that. She didn’t answer any questions and she refused all legal papers.

Every time I go here I am greeted with friendly and helpful staff! I have mailed packages and received passport services and it's always a quick and easy trip! :)

They keep stealing my packages or giving them to the wrong address and then tell me that I am lying about not receiving my packages. Criminal organization. This location needs to be investigated. USPS is a joke.

For the postman is for my area frequently jams oversized packages into the slot of a locking mailbox, leaving the package half out in the pouring rain to be ruined. Pure laziness.I wish I could attach pictures to this review because this happens all too frequently.

Julie let me tell you about her. She was very rude to me asked me “can you read.” I walked out and left WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would give a zero star if I could don’t go here if you need a passport done or anything from her in general.

MONROE USPS drivers need to open their eyes. I hadn’t received a package and informed the. Company. They said it was delivered a week earlier. I usually have no issues with receiving mail or packages. Within several days after informing the company, a young boy came to my house with the package. Not only did the USPS DRIVER go to the wrong street, they went to the wrong house number. Mine is 128 and the house he/she dropped off the package at was house number 103!?. They need to use the app MAPS for better directions.

Horrible passport service. Don't go there for passport services!I called the office before going to my appointment, the lady on the phone didn't tell me anything about needing both parents to be there or any other requirements. She made me wait for 3 hours and interviewed others during my appointment. She refused to attach copies of my tickets since I am travelling soon and made me pay for expedited and said I will get the passports in 3-5 weeks, now 2 months passed and still no progress on the passports and the status says: "Expedited service can take 7-9 weeks" for my case status.Why wouldn't she attach the ticket copies? I am travelling soon and I have to go to the nearest travelling agency anyway. Going to this USPS was just a waste of time and money!PS: I paid $770 to process 3 passports in the Monroe USPS. And I did 4 other passports for my kids in February this year in Snohomish USPS for cheaper price, and the experience was way much better and we got it done very quickly.

I’ve never been to this location before and as soon as I walked in, the older Asian lady at the front desk goes, “that doesn’t belong to us”. I’m confused and see that she is indeed right because I was supposed to go to UPS, but her attitude upon my walk in was absolutely atrocious.

If I could give this post office zero stars I would. They continuously don’t deliver my packages, and always change the status to customer requested to hold delivery at post office! Flat out a lie! They have done this multiple times and I’m so tired of it! They always have an excuse and it’s never them taking responsibility, writing up the delivery person for lying or whoever made that choice. They have zero accountability.

Amazing experience with new born passport application. The women who processed our new born application was kind, respectful and very informative. She was very patient when taking picture of new born and checked with us if we are good with picture. Very efficient staff

Don’t do your passport business here! They entered my email address wrong! I understand the short staffing but one asian lady staff is very short with customers. At least fulfill what they need!!

I've been waiting for 2 days for a package. I got a notice saying they couldn't deliver because of a locked gate, through the company website and USPS website. I don't have a gate. My mother-in-law has had problems with them also. She's actually had to call and tell them where her house is.My neighbors across the street have a gate. They won't even leave a note for me to pick up my package and they don't answer the phone at the office. How am I supposed to get my package? Then you call the 800 number, they're no help either. Their response was the Monroe office would contact me "sometime" but, probably not tomorrow. Are you serious?! This post office doesn't deserve a star AT ALL. I wish I could give them negative stars instead of just a negative comment.

Monroe post office is horrible. Because they are too lazy to get out of their truck to deliver a package they make up excuses not to deliver them.
