This story is not an exaggeration whatsoever, and I highly recommend avoiding Verizon/Victra at all costs.When I signed up for a plan, the sales rep told me there was no contract and I can go about my day after paying the startup costs.Come to find out, after having withdrawn $900 via AutoPay and being on the phone with customer service for 6 hours, that the original sales rep forged my signature on the contact and failed to show me that a contact even existed.In hindsight, I should've known something was fishy when she told me there was no contact.Now, after receiving another bill for $600, going to multiple stores to try and have some manager help my situation, calling customer service almost two dozen times (since all phone numbers circle back to the main line and they keep either transferring me or dropping the call), sitting in the corporate store for several hours, and contacting lawyers who say it'll cost me too much to hire them and I should just duke it out with Verizon, I'm still out $900 and getting notices that the extra $600 will be going to collections soon although I've told the representatives multiple times that they cannot legally uphold a forged contract and need to cease and desist.Not to mention, I've been lied to multiple times by the "fraud team" and customer service managers over the phone. Once that the money has been refunded, albeit refused to send me any sort of confirmation email or physical letter that the refund is in transit and yelled at me through the phone not to record him saying that it will be refunded. Another time, that the manager will look into the refund and call me back the following business day yet without being able to share any sort of follow up contact information such as an extension number or email address.I am so thoroughly fed up, bewildered, flabbergasted and generally upset at this company and their audacity to have 1) no contact for any sort of upper management to resolve issues 2) unwillingness and inability to fix problems in store 3) general tomfoolery and laughable customer servicePlease avoid Verizon/Victra their outlandish prices, nonexistent customer service and joke of a corporation (We were paying $230/month for two lines... come on... we are now with T-mobile paying $45 on a family plan)Good luck and godspeed

Long overdue review: Ive been a customer for 6 years and have never had such a good experience than at this location! The staff were so friendly and helpful, they helped me switch to the right plan for my family and helped us reduce our bill at the same time. If you're feeling hesitant about going to a Verizon store and getting poor customer service, this is the place to go, they'll take great care of you!

Dakota is such a pleasure to work with. I have both personal and business lines with Verizon and there are times my needs are a bit complicated. Dakota always goes out of his way to ensure I’m taken care of and understand the plans, promos, devices, etc.. I have worked with many different customer service reps over my many years with Verizon and by far Dakota is the most knowledgeable and helpful person I have worked with. I hope Verizon knows what an asset they have.

At Verizon’s invitation, I went into this store to discuss a new phone offer. Yes, no problem, they’d order it for me! However, not before they tacked on a required $400 hardware package. Under no obligation to accept the phone, I cancelled the order & went to another Verizon store. At the 2nd store, I again ordered the phone with NO required hardware, got it set up & all questions answered. Disappointed I can’t count on my local Verizon store to serve with integrity.

My go to Verizon guy, Dakota Cox has taken care of me and my family for several years now. He knows his stuff and he consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty. He’s the reason I stick with Verizon year after year. He takes a good service and makes it great.

I went in after running my phone over in a parking lot and I was dreading the process of getting it replaced. I was warmly greeted by "D" and she quickly turned my day around. I did not expect my situation to result in a positive experience, but it did ! I'm almost glad I ran it over ..lol

I had a problem with internet data to resolve and Dakota got me all straightened out. He gave me multiple options to choose from and made sure everything worked before I walked out the door. Good stuff.

I walked in at 3:30 and both associates were with customers, with one couple waiting… no one said hello to me or acknowledged me in any way. The time is now 3:54p and the same is still true. Not impressed.

Never can get ahold of anyone by phone. You order things for your phone and 4 mths go by you still do not get it. Makes Verizon look BAD.
