Horrible on answering phones, called them 5 times throughout the day because of a issue that was caused by them not really doing their job, and it will just ring and ring then forward me to the main 800. No way to get ahold of this branch at all. Such a joke

I am not certain why Wells Fargo thinks that having one teller available most mornings who conducts both merchant and routine banking as well as the drive-thru is adequate staffing. What would seem to be additionally problematical is there are personnel available in the bank, however they sit in cubicle areas, and seemingly try not to look up to see people waiting.

I Love This Bank giving it 4 stars because sometimes the ATM Machine Doesn't work and wish it did all the time without any errors the one outside by the front doors of the lobby Other than that 1. Good Location Very Clean Inside 2. Good Staff Working 3. Helpful Staff 4. Drive Thru Is Very Nice (Although I don't use it much I have a couple times) but it is convenient 5. That's it for now I love being a customer here the list could go on but for now that's good

Tried to call the branch directly several times so that I can make an appointment to go inside to cash a check that they are requiring me to go inside but can't get ahold of anybody to be able to make that appointment in person keep getting directed to go on the web page or get routed to a call center visually standing outside looking into the building can see bankers at their desk not on the phone. trying to call get routed to call center they purposely have their phones switched so they don't have to answer them

Def would not bank here. Lines are long, service slow, and certain information is not disclosed (and therefore misleading) when opening an account. I'll keep my business to my credit union.... where there isn't a fee associated with every little thing, communication is transparent, and tellers don't talk to you like your d**** Two thumbs down
