I've been a customer for 3 months, and I can say, there is nothing professional about this place.- Does not pick up the phone 99% of the time.- Does not return calls when voicemail is left.- Does not return email communication.- Charges $9.00 "insurance fee" even though I told them I didn't want the insurance, and they agreed not to charge it. But you can't get ahold of them to fix it. Of course, this is pushing me to a point where I'll probably cancel my service with them, and find someone else, but it'll be interesting to see how I have to do that, since they won't respond to contact. I'll probably have to put a stop payment on my CC.- The units are hard to find, out in the middle of no where, and the approach to the units is highly constrained (tight), I wouldn't want to have to approach them with a big truck, on very poorly maintained black top.

Fantastic Storage! The management is professional. All my questions were quickly addressed and the service was great! The online website made it easy to make payments. The unit was clean and fresh. My unit was visible from the road, making me feel safe and secure while at the space alone. I would definitely recommend this business when looking for extra storage!

The Brady Storage is close by, very accessible and gated. The owner Cale, is a great guy to work with. Any time I spoke with Cale, he was on top of things. He also offers other services to help with moving. The prices are very reasonable. I would recommend this storage facility over any other ones around between Olympia and Hoquiam. Soon Brady Storage will have heated storage units as well. I'll be getting one just as soon as they are available.
