I was distressed when my avian veterinarian retired, just as my bird was due for her semi annual trim. Finding a decent avian veterinarian isn't always easy, and unless you live in a bigger metro area, it's even harder. I was so excited when I found Dr. Sonya through the Avian Vet Association, and even happier when I found her so close to home. I've been driving from Shelton to Des Moines for years. Besides an initial hiccup with a delayed first appointment, everything went better than I expected! We arrived on time, and were seen quickly, the tech took all our info and explained the routine thoroughly. The doctor came in and spent plenty of time with me learning her history, she explained everything about the procedure, and answered all my questions. I can honestly say this was the easiest doctor appointment my little bird has ever had, and I cannot give this place enough stars to adequately convey my appreciation for them. Do not hesitate to bring your beloved animals to Grays Harbor Vet Services. Your baby will be happy you did!

Everyone at this office is wonderful. I'm so thankful to have them for my vet. It's worth the wait if you're trying to get in as a new patient. I LOVE them all!

This places employees has harrassed myself and my.daughter through this business id be very careful. My daughters dog was picked up and put there for leaving the yard my daughter went to get her dog was in verbal argument with this employee name Sonja wilkins when my daughter left she posted a post in elma uncensoredand for some reason added my name. To it Facebook me I will show post can't get it on here. When I called to complain they wouldn't respond to me so I guess this is ok with them.

All they want is money! We have been going to this vet for 10 years. He was always so energetic and playful. Recently he has been getting old and has not been doing so well. So we figured to take him in. They told us he has fluid in his lungs. This was very devastating ofc course. We have always loved this vet for shot before but ever since they got new owners and management they have been off the rails. Such high prices and that's not even the point. They told me and my mom when we went into the vet that she needed to see his pill bottles because she didn't believe we were giving them to him. Wow what service! Then pre-seated to tell us we don't give our dog water. What in the world. They are very rude and don't take well care of pets. Dont go to them at all! In fact don't waist your time to even try to get an appointment. They will just charge you and leave your pet sick or dead! Please don't waste your time for a vet that won't care for your pet.

I love this Vet. I have been going here for over 17 years. It's always hard to lose a pet, they are so amazing and compassionate when the time comes. DR Sonnya is a great vet, her vet tech Courtney has been there for 17 years too.

I had a balance and now they are saying that it was used up. They had a cast on my dog and I tried to get it taken off and they told me it had to stay on. We'll a few days later he had a sore where the cast was digging in and they took it off and told me there was a balance left over. Months later when I try to use the balance and get told something different. Don't go!

Continuous issues with this place for years. Id hoped there would be new staff here by now. Helped out a friend the other day with her dog I don't want to give to many details. All I will say is front desk was rude over the phone very adamant about something that was not truthful to be truthful and wouldn't even double check her info. Just told basically not sure what we can do just waste ur gas to get here and I'll then check with the appropriate person. On the plus side upon coming Into the office which was not me ... I was told it looked like her dog was taken well care of by the owner... Still doesn't make sense to me about certain protocols. Also about trying to charge people and arm and a leg for services their animals do not even need.

Since I can't reply to your message, I will just write another review for you. You say that your staff put their “heart and soul” into take care of Amara, yet, you prolonged giving her IV fluids to help save her until you could get payment even after a promise to pay was made. I hope in the future you reconsider letting someones family member suffer in your care for monetary purposes. You say that you did this because she had never been seen there before, but you could have instead refused to allow her to be picked up until a payment was made rather than letting her SUFFER while she was your responsibility because a 16-year-old girl who trusted you to care for her dog was at school and her parents were at work.To say you are heartless and in this business for the money is giving you more credit than you are due. I hope that when your family members are sick in the hospital no one refuses to treat them because you haven't come to pay first.I would give zero stars if I could, and I would never recommend someone to bring their pet here unless you can pay for them first, unless you want your pet to suffer like Amara did.No need for another copy-and-paste reply, you have done quite enough of that already.

my puppy went here for immediate care once she showed signs of being sick. she had a 9 a.m. appointment where she was supposed to receive IVs. at around 11:30 a.m., they called us saying that they weren’t going to treat her until they had money in their hands, despite us saying we’d pay them once we were off of school/work. they just let her sit there in pain and suffer. even after $1200+ spent on trying to get my pup to feel better, we still never got a clear answer on what she was sick with, so unfortunately she never got the treatment she needed. i truly feel like they didn’t try their hardest to care for her, as they said she wouldn’t eat/drink/walk, but as soon as we brought her home, she immediately started eating and drinking, but she was very weak. they tried getting us to pay them more money to put her down. due to the horrible treatment this place gave my puppy, she now has passed in peace in her loving home. 07/28/2017 - 05/28/2023 rest easy Amara, we love you so much.

was using grays harbor vet before new owners took over great service took a while to use new vet.first app. great.then a month or so later took dog in fot ear infection . dr sonnya took a lab specimen and for results to call her by noon on thursday called 2 times thursday evening no recall.friday after noon sometime phone rings from g.h.v. 3 times answer as they hang up.little while i get a ring and hang up. called back right away no answer.so i waited all weekend wondering about these results.i figured she would call monday morning early . i ended up in office at app 8 ;40 am not verry happy .said a few things to her staff that i am sorry for .so no longer a customer of g.h.v.
