Besides an initial hiccup with a delayed first appointment, everything went better than I expected! We arrived on time, and were seen quickly, the tech took all our info and explained the routine thoroughly. The doctor came in and spent plenty of time with me learning her history, she explained everything about the procedure, and answered all my questions. I can honestly say this was the easiest doctor appointment my little bird has ever had, and I cannot give this place enough stars to adequately convey my appreciation for them.
