Colton pharmacy is a waste of a visit. They never have what the hospital or Drs office orders. Don't waste a trip there.

They must love hearing the phone ring, because they don't answer and if they do they tell you that ur prescription is filled, then you get there and it's not ready

I tried to call you on my refills and was told you didn't have a mailbox setup, you could not take messages. even though when I called you say to press one to leave a prescription number. I hope it doesn't take 3 days to fill it... like last time. I've only been going there for 3 months and I've been disappointed every time.

The staff are extremely friendly but also extremely slow and one time they didn't have my medication which was important. They did respond to my review though so I gave them an extra star because I was going to give them three stars but now I'll give them four

The bad reviews are apparently correct. Lack of respect for the customer's time is just not good business practice. Our experience was yesterday and we'll be back today to try again and get our semi -important medication. 2 days in a row keeps the 1 star review, maybe they can bring up to 3. Everyone deserves a second chance.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! Support any other pharmacy but this one!!! Went to urgent care, was prescribed antibiotics, killed an hour and a half in town after the doctor put the prescription through because i had heard of the ridiculous wait times. Showed up only to be told it would be another 2.5 hours until it might be ready. Make the drive elsewhere, you will still be saving time instead of waiting on these jokers.

My wife called in a prescription for mupirocin for our baby girl, and was assured they had it in stock. I drove 40 minutes to pick it up, and wqs told to wait 45 minutes so they could put our information into their system. At the end of the 45 minute wait, I was told they didnt have it, and couldn't get it until the next day. The pharmacist was apologetic, but they had multiple chances to not screw this up, and just totally dropped the ball. Whole afternoon wasted and still didnt have what i needed for our baby.

They do their best with what they have, but rarely are prescriptions ready when you need them to be.

Prescriptions submitted on Monday, called them Friday morning to confirm they would be ready friday afternoon after surgery and guess what? They were not. They had 5 days to fill these! They rarely answer their phones and their voicemail is always full.

Doctor called in 2 Rx around 2:30 PM. After reading reviews, I called in before heading over (also because I’m a new client and wanted to make sure I brought in what was needed). Phone was answered on the second ring and I was transferred to a Tech for directions on what to bring. Arrived at 5:30. Two people were waiting. Four staff were working processing Rx’s. I filled out the New Client form and handed over my medical ID card. About a 20-minute wait (two other clients came in after me to pick up Rx that were already filled). Very good experience. Staff were working hard and friendly.

It takes a very long time to get your prescriptions filled. I called on a Friday morning to see if they were ready, I was told yes and drove to Morton on Saturday to find out that no, not ready and one prescription still had to be ordered. I know they are the only pharmacy around, but come on. It’s absolutely ridiculous. This has happened to my family over and over again.

Why don't you answer your phone? Why do you have a phone? To communicate with your customers that might be checking to see if a prescription/s have been filled prior to driving into town from Packwood or Randle. Pull up your boot straps and provide some real customer service.
