Everyone is friendly and they do carry allot of different things. Some are really good deals. My only complaint is the long lines waiting to check out. But, it's still worth shopping at the Dollar General.

Nikki. You're a very rude when I checked out today. I loaded the coupon on my app. It did not work you had many coupons that you could have given me and I had to ask and you're very rude about it. I drove all the way from packwood to Morton just because I was going to shop the deals. Maybe if you're going to have a bad attitude with customers and be rude like you were you should not be working at the front with customers. Merry Christmas and may you have a blessed day.

Always take your receipt and double check. Dollar General is known for over charging and getting the quantities wrong. Happened to me several times here

It's a nice place and I would give it five stars except they never have any rubbing alcohol which is usually what I go in there to get (I heat my trailer with it right now) but other than that I find it a nice store I like the prices are a little better than the other competing store and some of the reviews seem pretty negative and you know you get what you pay for. The other store has quicker lines but higher prices.

Aisles are very narrow and hard to maneuver in. Nothing makes sense as to where to find it and the staff does not know either. Very understaffed and never seem to keep the same staff very long. Pretty dissappointed

I was sitting at city hall parking lot. Looking at Dollar General and I noticed and employee comes out of the back of the store with the black plastic bag. Full of items look around all shady, eat and throw it in the trunk of the car and left. I think she was stealing from the store. Dollar General's manager better get a clue stores getting ripped off by employees.

Understaffed and under stocked. Still a great option for deals and what staff they do have are always kind, courteous, professional...if a bit frazzled.

Always 6-10 people in line with the slowest single cashier. Cashiers never call for backup. Expect to spend a minimum of 20 -30 minutes standing in line to get checked out. For sure don’t try to stop here on your lunch break

I’m always greeted right when I walk in which is really nice when some stores employees don’t even look up from their phones when you walk in their establishment. There’s a manager lady there , her name is Rachel and she is constantly on the floor on her knees stocking or running around helping customers, myself included or looking for things for people. After working in the area for about a year and seeing people come and go from this store whether they were fired or quit - I really hope you appreciate this woman and keep her around. Same for the gals I normally see at the registers , Katie I believe ? A blonde gal and a brunette gal - have both always been beyond sweet to me.

The star is for the people at the cash registers. I’ve gone in the store 3 days in a row now and they didn’t have their carts of merchandise unloaded. You can’t get your shopping carts through most of the isles because of the merchandise still waiting to be unloaded are everywhere. The shelves are empty. It’s supposed to be a convenient store. There is nothing convenient about it when you go and can’t get what you went for, days in a row. Most of the ppl that work there are great but they take the heat from the customers frustrations. Some employees are rude though but its probably because the customers aren’t happy and they let them know they aren’t. Now I know why they can’t keep their employees. Their turn around is ridiculous. They base their hours on sales. How can you sell stuff if it’s not on the shelves but still on the carts to be unloaded. I’d check the dates of expiration when you buy anything. It probably expired on the carts before they even got it to the shelves. I know they have lost a lot of business due to this. My family included. It’s a small town and people will go to the market in the adjoining parking lot where they know what they’re going for will be on the shelves.

Every time you go into the store the shelves are half empty seems like they can never get caught up on stocking the shelves I can go in there daily for a week and the shelves are still empty I give you one star for poor performance When I see the employees stocking the shelves it looks like they are doing the most hardest thing in the world you can tell that they hate stocking the shelves because they drag their feet when you’re doing it

Came in tonight and was immediately told we are closing, grab whatever you need and hurry. Then there was two cashiers, one gentlemen and one lady. The gentlemen was nice but the lady was rushing customers and kept saying she is closing the store or quitting… this isn’t something customers need to here and there is a professional way of doing things that she does not have. This isn’t the first time I’ve heard her threaten quitting while at this store either. The last few months this store has gone quite downhill.
