“Legacy Safe and Lock and Bill are amazing. My husband lost his car key while at White Pass with my daughter. It’s an older car and we have no spare, plus, I was 2 hours away. I called Legacy Safe and Lock to see if they could make a key and get it to him. I was given an estimate for obtaining the key code, cutting the key, and price for transportation. The transportation price was a little out of range for my wallet so I asked if he could proceed with the key code and cut while I made it out there to pick up the key myself and then get to my husband and kiddo. Bill proceeded wirh no questions. He got an emergency tow call and needed to head out so he called me and communicated he needed to leave but provided clear direction on picking up the key in his absence. Pricing was honestly less than I expected and Bill let me know that with keys there are different factors that can increase or decrease this expense. We just got a standard key cut, no fob or anything. If I’m ever locked out, lost a key, need a tow, I won’t hesitate to contact Legacy Lock and Safe again.”
