In and out everyday, and I can easily say that with the ladies I mostly encounter is Amy and Julia. They are by far extremely professional and yet very personable to talk with. I truly appreciate their generosity and excellent customer service.

Poor customer service, when I asked about the boxing tape that the post office is supposed to provide along with other boxing materials, the woman gave me attitude, was not kind, and was even dismissive. Unfortunately, this is what happens sometimes. That’s part of the reason why small post office is like this will die because customers like me will go elsewhere.. it’s unfortunate.

Some of the people that work in Morton post office need to get their eyes checked because they keep putting the wrong mail in the wrong PO Boxs

I had a problem with a Post office employee with a very bad attitude, The manager spent our whole conversation explaining why they were correct and I was wrong. The sad thing was that my conversation was not at all about the situation but about the why in which the counter person approached it. They have zero conflict resolution skills. Unfortunately we can not take our business elsewhere.

Worst post office ever. I constantly receive mail in my PO Box that is not mine. I wonder why I don’t get some bills & other mail. The staff is rude & incompetent. Gone down hill ever since Erin was in charge and still terrible today with Gwen in charge. They should all retire and let new better employees take over. Thinking about driving all the way to Elbe to get my mail at that Post Office. No way Elbe can be worse than Morton.

Very sweet ladies. Even when they are busy. I have a daughter in the military and we had a hard time sending and receiving packages due to address issues. It took 2 months of back and forths but we finally got it all figured out.

All i can say is wow! I started a new job and had my paychecks sent to my home. Since i live within city limits a P.O. box was required. Anyways my employee benefits package made it just fine, however not one, not two but 3 of my weekly paychecks somehow boomerang back to my company headquarters in Miami, FL. This is unacceptable, and they need to hire people who can actually do the job correctly, this the only Money i have to support a family of 5 and they treat it like it's no big deal but I'm sure people on welfare receive their checks just fine, luckily i set up direct deposit so i don't have to work with fools any longer!

Because this is a small town there is no long lines to wait in if any and the clerks don't smile much but treat you well and it is the only post office I've been in that has licorice on the counter for a treat, pretty great.

The lackadaisical Postmaster misplaces packages and denies they've even arrived when there in the building, and can't find them under other boxes without a USPS investigation. Unbelievably unprofessional.
