Since Moving to Morton in 2017 I have purchased 3 vehicles from Jim Van Cleve. The experience in both the sales and service department's has been 5 stars all the way. I wouldn't consider buying anywhere else. As a side note I retired from 40 plus years in the retail automobile business. I only wish my previous dealerships could hold a candle to Jim's staff in the customer service department.

Tried to order parts here with my ford points, I have 175k of them so figured I’d buy some parts. Parts person refused to order the parts without payment. You can’t prepay with ford points. The parts person’s response was “I’m not gonna get stuck with the part”. Note to self, trying to order parts is a great way to see how lazy a dealership is.

We bought a new Ford F-150 from Jim at Van Cleve Ford and it was the best, easiest and most seamless experience we've ever had! We will never purchase a Ford from anywhere else and will recommend all of our family and friends moving forward. Go see them!

Poor Customer service. For a small town dealership one would expect better. My vehicle was cosmetically damaged while in their care. And no one allegedly noticed, and they can't tell me how. Stories do not match up.And the shop manager implied i must have brought it in damaged...Over $1,500 worth of damages.So upset.
