Under new outstanding management, Ms. Tory is such an awesome store manager who is very friendly and very knowledgeable and courteous! The assistant manager Stephanie is also super friendly and helpful. If you have t heard of the Aaron's club membership it's an amazing thing to purchase when you're starting a new lease agreement! Call the store to find out information about the Aaron's club membership. Wish I had know about it sooner snd you'll be glad you inquired about it too! So so many cool deals online and in store! This is my favorite furniture store to go to!

Don't ever go through AaronsWe paid for a washer and dryer from them for almost a year and due to the model breaking we sent it for repairs. They had it for 6 months brought us an unusable replacement thay was not a front loader which is what I needed. Then loaned us the same model we were buying. Then the loaner broke. Then we finally get our washer back it broke again not even a konrh later. We finally got fed up and told them to pick it up. Only to be told by the delivery guy that they have had many many repair issues with that model and it might be a recall item. So we paid for this washer and dryer for almost a year and return this defective model they knew was defective that we got to use maybe 2 or 3 months out of the year we are paying for this and in return for this we got nothing. No credit. No offer of another contact or model due to this. All we got was "oh im sorry thay happened" with no effort to make it right And constant harassment in my email to be solicited to buy more shotty equipment from a company that didn't make this right. And to be told i have to but it in writing to submit to the company to get the emails to stop. But man they sure are eager and demanding of getting theTV payment out of us every month while we go with out a washer and dryer and can't afford a new set due to them screwing us overSo done with Aarons We will never go here again

Worst experience ever. They do nothing to help you and when you tell them their employee told you something that was a lie they do nothing about it. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. They are rude, and do not care about helping you.

I can't lie, when I walked into Aaron's I had already committed my mind to furniture I looked at over at another place in town. However, right as I walked in, I spotted exactly what I had been in search of! I wanted a nice comfy couch and oversized chair and there it was, and I walked in at the oerfect tine because they were having a promotion and I got to start my lease with just $5.00 down! I ended up choosing a living room set that will be less than $200 monthly in the exact style I wanted. Vanessa was patient as we chose lamps and looked at rugs, but I loved the set she put together best. She made it all quick and easy and I can't wait to to get my deouvery tomorrow!

This place is possibly one of the worst aarons I've ever went to the manager Always has friends over and always outside smoking also has a crappy attitude the crew have crappy attitudes they come knocking at your door at 7:30 in the morning and when I tell you get a month without having to pay anything a week later they come in a cup on your door expecting payment do not recommend this place to anybody

This washer was to be replaced 7 days ago, I called 6 times , nice at first towards clerks asking why the delivery/repair man said he’s going to get a replacement since this washer has been making a terrible sound when it spins. Fred the delivery guy last Friday said he be right back with replacement. Have not heard from anyone nor do I have my replacement. After several calls and laundry to do . And 7 days later no replacement no washer to wash my clothes. The Moses Lake Aaron’s is incompetent and don’t care about the customers. We’ve had this washer for less than 3 weeks. Tomorrow is Christmas Day and I have to travel with dirty clothes to wash when I get to my sons home 200 miles, because I waited all day for the replacement and no one has showed up. After being told he was on his way. Merry Christmas to me!

They have changed my delivery date three times. They have called to confirm they would be here at a specific time only to not call, or show up. Honestly if I hadn't bought it already I'd go somewhere else. Do yourself a favor and go to buddies or a real furniture store.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had. If you are choosing between Aaron's or Colortyme, go to colortyme!My husband and I just moved into Moses Lake and we needed a bed set on lease since we would only be here for 6 months. On the phone before we even moved they told us we could rent it out for 6 months and they would pick it up once we moved back. Told us the delivery would be no later than 1-3 days and to just come take a look when we got there.Moved to moses, chose a set, then after we paid for everything they told us it wouldnt be delivered for another 4 days.Come Wednesday, we got no call and zero update. We had to call them, they told us it was rescheduled to Saturday sometime after 3. We would have had no idea of the reschedule if we hadn't have called them first.We call Saturday at 3 because we hadn't heard from them and they told us it would be sometime between 5-6.It is now 8 pm, after waiting around all day/night for them, they never bothered to call or show up.Called Sunday morning, spoke to the GM, they told us that it would be pushed back till Tuesday but that they would call first thing the next morning to update us.Monday morning, its 1 pm, haven't heard from them. Call them again to speak to the GM who said he would be there first thing in the morning, the GM is out, the girl we spoke with knew our situation perfectly and said she spoke with the GM this morning but didn't think to call and let us know that they wouldn't be able to get the bed to us until Friday now!We have been sleeping on a deflated air mattress for over a week because we were told it would only be 3 days till delivery. ZERO communication or sense of urgency.I understand its Covid and things get tough, we would have been totally fine if they would've just attempted to communicate with us instead of promising us delivery dates and making us sit around all day for no one to show up. They did not seem to care whatsoever and kept blaming covid for their lack of communication or sense of business.We have still yet to hear from them and called our credit card company to cancel the transaction. Will not be using them ever again.

Friendly staff
