“After reading some of these reviews I was very nervous about renting from here.
However, it was Labor Day weekend and my jet ski was having issues, so my husband insisted on getting a pontoon boat for the day.
I have to say the staff was great! Andre explained everything so we knew exactly what to expect. He was very professional and understanding with my concerns.He was also responsive and ready when we were for pickup and delivery.
We took pictures of course for our own piece of mind, and so did they. We did get our entire deposit back!
I would definitely recommend pro touch! They have nice equipment and do a good job of being flexible to take the stress of hauling and launching out of your day. Just treat the equipment as if it were your own and you won’t have anything to worry about!”
