“I went into the Moses Lake branch to inquire about the possibility of opening a checking account. I was promptly greeted by Personal banker, Mr. Hernandez. His welcoming demeanor and willingness to explain all different services and account types offered by WaFed truly show his extensive knowledge and willingness to help customers find the best fit for their needs. Because of this, I decided not to go speak with the other financial institutes I had planned on visiting today and just opened my account on the spot. I am extremely satisfied with the experience and excited to start banking with th Moses Lake WaFed Branch.

Granco has help our family numerous times over the past 5 years and continues to which in turn has allowed us to reinvest back into our community of Grant County Wa specifically Moses Lake. Is there things Granco could change ???? Im sure it is but then they wouldn’t be my go too then ? all the staff in all the locations are well versed in the products they offer and where their members will fit in.
