Absolutely the worst place I have ever banked with, I go to deposit my check at the bank and the bank is under construction so the drive-through lobby window is closed and so I decide to deposit my check via a Snapshot and I got it in before the cut off time and then it tells me that I can’t get my money until Monday. Worst place ever.

I wanted to make a transfer over the phone to my landlord’s account because I’m out of the country and I need to pay the rent for when I come back and in banner bank Moses lake they could not help me because for that they said I need to be there or do automatic payment. I had been doing the transfer over the phone for over 3 years. I called banner bank in Wenatchee they helped me right away.

The supervisor, Mrs.Shipman is unprofessional, unhelpful, rude, refused to let me speak with a manager. I would not recommend this bank branch.

The ladies that work there always seem so bothered, make me feel uncomfortable cause they are usually snooty! I've had my bank account there for a little over a year and I live the online banking, that's the only thing keeping me with this bank!

Worst banking experience I have ever had after being a client for four years. Carlos Rojas, the bank manager, is dishonest and does not have clients interest at heart. Taking my business and personal banking elsewhere based on my experience with him. While I have never had any issues with Banner Bank, having to deal such a terrible person left a sour taste in my mouth for the entire entity.
