Bargain Town is a well-stocked and unique business that offers a wide variety of items, making it a treasure hunt for many customers. The store resembles a large garage sale or a hoarder's basement, with shelves filled with old wood furniture, used tools, spare parts for dryers and bikes, old lamps, and various odd items. It is a great place for those who enjoy digging, pulling, and discovering hidden treasures. Customers often appreciate the fair prices and the opportunity to test certain items before buying. The staff are friendly and willing to work with customers, creating a welcoming environment. The business has updated hours, now open Tuesday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. They accept gently used items for resale, but donations must be made during business hours and with pre-approval; after-hours donations are not accepted. They no longer receive or pick up refrigerator items, but they welcome donations of usable items that can be resold. While some reviews mention challenging interactions with staff, many customers feel that the shop's atmosphere and selection make up for it. The store is ideal for those interested in finding spare parts, old furniture, or just exploring for unique items. Overall, Bargain Town is considered a fun, fair-priced place for treasure hunting, offering new surprises regularly and a variety of useful and interesting items.
Some days you can find some Really great deals. Other days things are a little pricey. Just depends on what you're looking for.
